This part of the manager course it dedicated to how tournaments and attendance works; Which tournaments will your club participate in? And how much money can you expect to receive from attendance? Those questions and more in this part of the FITA manager course.
Question 1: Which tournaments does your club automatically participate in?
Answer: League and national cup.
Question 2: How many teams are relegated from each league?
Answer: 4.
Question 3: Which information can you find at the 'League' page, other than the league standings?
Answer: The top goalscorers and the programme for the next and last rounds of play.
Opgave 4: What does productivity (P) mean?
Answer: Productivity is the players overall production of both goals and assists.
Opgave 5: Who receives the gate receipts from league matches?
Answer: The home team.
Opgave 6: Who receives the gate receipts from cup matches?
Answer: The gate is divided evenly between the two teams.
Opgave 7: Which games attract the largest number of fans from your fanclub?
Answer: Cup matches.

Question 1: If you find yourself harrassed or in some way offended by another manager - either on the forum or through the TM mail system - where do you go?
Answer: I should contact a Game Teamster through the TM mail system.
Question 2: You find a suspicious transfer on the transferlist - what do you do?
Answer: I write a post in the 'Report Cheaters'-forum.
Question 3: How many teams are you allowed to have in TM?
Answer: 1.
Question 4: If you're on holiday and cannot reach a computer with an internet connection, can you, then, pass on your login information to someone else, so they can 'babysit' your team while you are gone?
Answer: No, it is only the person owning the team who can log in. By passing on my login I risk getting my team deleted.
Question 5: Can you trade players with your friends in TM?
Answer: Yes, if the price is fair. I understand that transfer which are out of line will be punished by fining or banning the guilty teams.
Question 6: How can you get help when playing TM?

VI. Tactics
Question 2: What does Men, Mid and Win mean?
Answer: Mentality, Midfield and Wing rating.

Start by reading the part of the TM Manual that deals with players, their skills and their positions. Choose for yourself whether you read the HEAVY or light edition of the manual. When you're done you can browse through the skills of the players below and decide who is best suited for which position:

Task 4: In TM all players have got a so-called FP, Favourite Position, which is the position they have grown to consider their 'natural' position. But how are your players affected by their FP when playing matches?
Answer: Players always perform well, when playing in their favourite position. But they can easily cover other positions as well. Some players are better than others at covering non-FP positions.
Question 5: But what does the hidden skill 'adaptability' mean?
Answer: Your players' adaptability decide how well a player does when he is not playing in his favourite position. More specifically the adaptability decides how much the players' skills are reduced when playing out of FP - between 0% and 40%.
Question 6: How can you get an idea of your players' adaptability?
Answer: You are going to have to look through each players ratings, if he constantly ends up with bad ratings, worse than what his skills indicate, it is very likely that he possesses a bad adaptability.
