Subject: Plitvice Lakes

Hi,
I wanna go on a Sunday from Zadar to Plitvice Lakes by bus
when I look here Zadar bus
is it correct that there is a bus at 14h30 and 15h10 going to Plitvice Lakes?
Could you tell me where exactly the bus stop in Zadar and more important at Plitivice is?

am not sure is there any information for the bus but u can learn a lot about plitvice on this site :)

i guess departure is at main bus station in Zadar and it arrives at main gate of Plitvice lakes or at hotel Plitvice. maybe even at Mukinje.
but you dont have to worry, just ask the bus driver to stop at main gate of Plitvice and he will do it at main gate 1 :))

I ask because I want to book a cheap accomodation. this should be good reachable by the bus transfer and the way to the park should be easy.
If u have a recommendation where to stay, dont hesitate =) we are 3-4 and price per night should be less than 25€ per person

u can forget the hotel :)
but u have nice cheap hotel in sukošan (10 km away from zadar)
really nice place and i know cause am sleeping there almost every week :)
hotel name is "joso" and bus station is on ante starčevića street in zadar :)

thx, but Im only 24 hours in Zadar. I wanna be close to the bus station and to the old town for the night. the old town is really beautiful. just wanna enjoy the day in the old town and drink some piwo :)

Im more concerned about the accomodation at Plitvice

yes... I know already Zadar, but Plitvice Lakes is so big. There its not that easy for me to find the right place to stay

Hi budy,
when you come in Zadar you must go to the main bus station and you ask on Info whitch bus stays on Plitvice lakse becouse some lines stop on Plitvice when you go from Zadar to Zagreb but not all.
Thys is not problem because many thourist go in Plitvice on this whay.
In Plitvice and around have many apartmants, rooms and 3-4hotels to stay.

problem je jer nemaju auto pa ako ga i iskipaju na plitvicama ne znaju se snaći..
poslao sam mu ja link privatnog smještaja za turiste bez prijevoza ali sad se žali jer ne pišu cijene :)

Nešto je škrtav,dolazi u hrvatsku a problem je platiti 20-30 eura noćenje ???? šalje mi da mu je sve skupo.....kao da se u njemačkoj može noćiti za 3eura.

ja sam u berlinu noćio u hostelu za manje od 30 eura u samom centru grada usred 8. mjeseca - dakle sezona svih sezona hehe.

a ak mu nitko ne ponudi sobu na crnjaka za 20 eura onda nek crknu. pa tko će im doći sada po zimi (a zima je još uvijek) spavat.

ja bi prihvatio takve turiste u ovo vrijeme pa makar na njima zaradio za velke ćevape

Tko će doći na Plitvice zimi ? ajd prelistaj malo net pa ćeš vidjeti niz slika plitvica zimi kao i posjećenost parka tada.
Kao ovoga tipa je problem i 20eura tako da nije do cijene ali ako će mo objektivno ni ja mu nebi iznajmio apartman za manje od 20ak euro jer jednostavno mora postojati neki minimum. Ti taj apartman poslje moraš pospremiti, promjeniti posteljinu na krevetu te ovu oprati tako da nije baš da ti se isplati pizdarivati s nekim da bi zaradio za ćevape. OK netko će reći bolje i to nego ništa ali ja mislim da minimum ispod kojeg se ne ide mora postojati.
Uz to berlin u 8.mjesecu nije ništa atraktivniji od berlina u 5.mjesecu tako da to i nije toliko bitno a hostel i apartman se nikako ne mogu usporediti.
E da i u berlinu možeš noćiti u solidnom hotelu 10-20min hoda od alexander platza za 40-50 eura.
