starting out as there is certainly expected it !!!

A game from the very dark, a first half to forget.

Instead of 50 minutes 70 minutosi is seen, the change of tactics, a better team and we could even break even (though not deserving).
Then in the last 15 mn again a blackout that led to the final result.

Of course we must have the right amount of time to understand the players and how best to use them and the choice of this opponent so strong may have been right because it gives us the time necessary to calibrate the team for the events that matter!

We started with a 4-4-2 compact on defense (but that proved to be too low relative to the line of their midfielders) that opened in attack (the best actions made them Pamucina on the wing). The defense started very high (maybe a little too much) with a rubber band to try to put their strikers offside ein

We then moved to a 5-3-2 formation with Savar who acted as 3/4 and was in position more advanced than the two side midfielders, defense more low at the start.

l'esordio non è stato cosi come avevamo previsto.

Una partita con molti chiaroscuri, un primo tempo da dimenticare.

Dal 50 minuto fino al 70 minuto, con il cambiamento di tattica, si è vista una squadra migliore e potevamo anche pareggiare, anche se non sarebbe stato completamente meritato.
Poi, negli ultimi 15mn, un nuovo blackout che ha portato al risultato finale.

Naturalmente dobbiamo avere il tempo necessario per capire i giocatori e il modo migliore per utilizzarli e la scelta di questo avversario così forte potrebbe essere stato anche giusta perchè potremmo capire i nostri errori per calibrare la squadra per gli eventi che contano!

Abbiamo iniziato con un 4-4-2 molto compatto (ma la linea dei nostri centrali di centrocampo si è rivelata troppo bassa rispetto alla linea dei loro centrocampisti) in attacco poi i centrocampisti laterali si aprivano sulle fasce (le migliori azioni infatti le ha fatte Pamucina sulla fascia). La difesa ha iniziato molto alta (forse un po 'troppo) con un elastico per cercare di mettere i loro attaccanti in fuorigioco.

Poi siamo passati ad una 5-3-2 con Savar che ha fatto da 3/4 ed era in posizione più avanzata rispetto ai due centrocampisti laterali, con difesa più bassa alla partenza.

Rispetto a cio scritto prima aggiungo che la tattica del primo tempo è figlia anche forse di una eccessiva preoccupazione legata all'esordio con la Vostra Nazionale.
Siamo sicuri che rotto il ghiaccio ora andra nel verso giusto.

Sono ancora molto arrabbiato con me stesso per come è maturato il risultato.

First Victory of our management !!

Victory is more than deserved, but the game has offered points for reflection especially in defense where we left too many opportunities.

Prima Vittoria della nostra gestione!!

La Vittoria è piu che meritata ma la partita ha offerto spunti di riflessione sopratutto in difesa dove abbiamo lasciato troppe occasioni.
La cosa che ci lascia un po interdetti è che la maggior parte delle loro occasioni da goal sono venute non per errati piazzamenti tattici dei difensori ma perche, i difensori hanno perso troppi contrasti.

Tutto questo in ogni caso ci serve per capire e conoscere meglio i giocatori.

Di contro, sopratutto nel primo tempo si sono visti bei fraseggi a centrocampo dove Savar è stato molto bravo, sempre sotto invece le sue possibilità Nediljko Ognjanović troppo incerto e poco incisivo.

Buona la prova degli attaccanti sopratutto del debuttante Matko Štrublić.

Questa partita conferma, come si vede anche in altri risultati di altre Nazionali, che oramai non esistono quasi piu Nazionali molto deboli ed ogni partita non ha mai un risultato scontato.

Ed ora tocca all'Indonesia; queste partite ci servono oltre che per il risultato del mini WC sopratutto per testare e capire sempre meglio la squadra.

Tutto in ottica della prossima stagione quando si disputeranno le qualificaizoni al Campionato del mondo!

In questo momento il reparto che piu soffre il problema dello svecchiamento è la difesa, ed in parte in centrocampo, per cui prego tutti i manager croati che hanno giocatori interessanti di aggiornare i loro calciatori e di conttatarci.

pardon dužan sam objašnjenje. zašto ja moram prevodit na hrvatski ako je ovo naša repka. ok razumijem talijanca koji ne zna, al ne razumijem ove naše šta odgovaraju na talijanskom

mogu se složit da nije ok da izbornik komunicira na talijanskom, jer kao engleski je neki 2. jezik, ali to nije ni slučaj.

Činjenica je da pojedini manageri znaju bolje talijanski od engleskog i to i koriste u razgovoru ili se samo kurče. nebitno.

E sad, isti je vrag oćeš u translate bacit engleski ili talijanski.

Iako, rekao bi ti Mirko Miočić da koliko jezika znaš toliko i ljudi vrijediš, pa ti vidi.....

preporučujem da ovo shvatiš kao besplatan tečaj jezika :)
