Subject: [NT] Don Sal

Greetings to all!

My name is Alessandro and play Sokker since 2007. Currently I am engaged in the Italian Serie C and the passion and enthusiasm for the game remains intact as the first day!

My experience within the National Staff has started several seasons ago when I was in Italy Senior Scout Defenders of Mr. Newton later I was Vice CT Italy Under-21 under the management of Mr. Supercell.
My first experience as a coach was with the Under-21 Belarus where I have been for two seasons.
In the third season the trust of the community has allowed me to lead the Belarusian National Senior for two seasons.
At the end of this wonderful experience I applied to Israel in whom I have been for 6 seasons the National Senior Coach taking twice the national team to the finals of the World Championship and in 16th place in the international ranking, result ever reached by Israel.

I follow the fortunes of the national team for a long time because I am a good friend of your historic CT Cap_JackSParrow.
Thanks also to the estimation of Cap I decided to run and try to lead a national team that deserves to be on top of the world!

One of the things that has always characterized my management has always been the greatest attention to the programming of training and maturity of the national players and also the constant search for new talent.

That is why I asked Cap, who knows the history and development of almost all Croatian players to become a part of my staff, getting to my great honor, a positive response.

I'd like some other member of the community wants to be part of this project!!!

Just as has been done for a few seasons, both in Israel and in Belarus, often to attract new users or reinvigorate interest in the National with my staff have organized competitions of various kinds and the thing, if it can give pleasure, we are ready to repeat it here (we will give more precise information later)

I hope that the Croatian community give me a chance to let me know!

In all the communities in which they are entered, the first thing is always to establish contacts of friendship and mutual exchange.

It is no coincidence I am honored to be a friend and to be in touch with many of the national as the world champions ale70 and Vikingo, as Cap and Royal Flush, Torquemada, Pasinho, guy fink and many others.

One of the most enjoyable things about this game is to meet other people from other places and other realities, a better chance before anything else!

Few words about candidate:

As Don Sal said, I know him for a while and he always supported out NT team in qualifications and world cups, sending messages of support and even some scouting. Couple of times he asked for candidature so I recommend him highly- he did great work with Israel, also he is very good with double WC winner Ale-they also share same "tactic school". They both had "fingers" in my candidature in Italy, but unfortunally unsuccessful one :(

So, all in all (:D) for me he is 5 star candidate :)

1. If you become next coach of Hrvatska NT what would be your goal for the next season?

2. How much time do you have in next 4 months for this game? I was doing it all by myself, (i mean all, tactics, updates of players, arrangements of friendly games...) its likely that you will be into mine shoes if you win this elections, we do not have many active members into our community. Are you ready to commit that much to some foreign NT?

3. In the morning we will have groups for WC (i think). Can you comment then? Which one is the strongest in your opinion and why, from which nations and coaches you expect the most in this WC?

1- If you become next coach of Hrvatska NT what would be your goal for the next season?

The next year there will be the final stages of the World Cup so it is a good time to take in hand the team and get to know the players without the pressure to win at all costs to center the qualification.
So study well the players, especially the holders, to be able to make good use of their potential in the future; start one close collaboration with the manger of players for national training program to finish the players around 25/26 years and older who may be potential holders in the near future.

Similarly begin scouting activities, constant research to discover young players or hidden talents or forgotten.

This then leads to a consequent adaptation to the park of players available to the various tactics of my knowledge.

The construction of a national, especially a strong national as this, it's long and complicated and it takes a lot of effort, perseverance at work and a little luck!

I can say that I had a similar situation happened in Israel, where I and my staff were elected in the year in which Israel had not qualified to the finals of the World Cup.

From being able to study and understand the team was born fortune of that beautiful experience that I hope to be here in Croatia!

The time available is enough to give the best; in principle I am a person that when he decided to do something to make it looking at its best !!!

In my coaching career I have always worked in the National communities with few active users, has been so in Belarus and in Israel we are used to, therefore, difficult to build a team.
The first thing we have always tried to do, and I must say that there is almost always successful, was to establish immediately a very intense relationship with various local and foreign managers in possession of the Croatian national football players.

I am fortunate to work for almost 10 SOKKER season with two friends and talented manager called felimanervoso and etalor with whom there is now perfectly synchronized.

Also I think it is necessary to involve as much as possible users of the community in which you work and if this addition to our Mythical Cap someone wants to have the desire to work with us we would be happy.
