kada nitko neće uhvatiti se posla budem ja...bar iduću sezonu...velika većina znate tko sam i što sam radio u repki i oko nje ali ako tko ima kakvih pitanja tu sam...

također ako ima zainteresiranih za rad javite se...

U konkurenciji nekog Martina 48 i nevjerodostojnog pugya dao bih glas Don Salu- sada taj glas ide tebi.

Može jedno objašnjenje vezano za ove izbore - samo da znam da li da ubuduće to pratim ili ne. (Treniram naše reprezentativce ubuduće ili ne)

-Naša repka je super jaka i trenutno je 14. mjesto za nju loše;

-Mladu repku vodi odličan manager i nema brige za budućnost A repke;

-Gladni smo uspjeha jer u zadnjih par sezona nemamo sreće;


Valsimot bi vodio repku kad već nitko drugi neće, a Don Sal zna sve o bazi, do neba je motiviran i sam Cap_JackSParrow ga je preporučio za izbornika prije njega.
(Njegov rezultat nije rezultat neznanja, nego nesreće, kao i ovaj Cap-ov sada).

Jel to glasanje po principu Kengura: "I'm sorry, Valsimot priority..." podrazumijeva da je Valsimot stvarno tol`ko dobar da i sa 10 % motiva bude ispred Don Sala koji je na 110 % motiva?

Bez uvrede Valsi ili bilo tko drugi. Pitam zbog sebe, da procjenim pripadam li ovoj prići o repki ili ne.

ukratko, uz nadu da se da se nitko neće uvrijediti, Valsimot je vjerojatno osoba koja je najviše dala HR repki u povijesti, počevši od količine igrača koje je sam istrenirao pa do transfera kod kojih je urigirao i brige da se da se igrači pravilno treniraju.

Također, vjerujem da je Valsi i na 10% (a poznavajući njega vjerujem da će biti barem na 90% iz čistog osjećaja dužnsoti prema HR zajednici) bolji taktičar i više zna od Talijana na 110% kojemu je više manji glavni argument u nedostatku bilo kakvog uspjeha sa timom (bilo rezultatskog, bilo što se proizvodnje igrača tiče) što Capa oslovljava sa "friend".

Tako da što se mene tiče ogroman +1 za Valsija i nadam se da ga random neće totalno uništiti jer eventualnu manju količinu nesreće će sigurno biti u stanju nadoknaditi kroz pripremu i taktiku.


a Don Sal zna sve o bazi

Kao netko tko ima pristup bazi zadnjih 7-8 RL godina, mislim da je stanje koje je Don Sal ostavio iza sebe nakon svog mandata najgore koje smo imali u zadnjih 20ak sezona tako da ne znam od kud ti ta informacija.

First of all, please keep in mind that writing into other candidates threads is strongly forbidden by the NT selection rules.

Also, I didn't bashed You, just stated that imho Valsimot is much more suitable candidate than You in probably any aspect of the game and I'm standing behind those words.

I just responded directly to S. Bilic's question and since I was warning about Your lack of ability to develop players even during Your first mandate. I think less informed people deserve to know the aftermath of it and the situation You left in the database rather than believing Your words about great player managment. After You left, there were less then 10 players aged 23-24 updated int the database and even most of those didn't have a clean training plan. For instance, from the 80+ team You had at disposal for Your first match we dropped to 76 one in just 4 seasons mostly thanks to Your poor work in that area.

Forgive valsimot but I answer here, one last time!

Your information is not true and I'll explain why even though I've already explained many seasons ago but you have a prejudice against me, therefore you are not objective in judging

I and my staff have always kept constantly updated database, which had not happened before, and we have discovered and made his debut at least 15 players aged between 24 and 26 years.
This is confirmed by the great European played under my management.

It 's true the generation of 22/23 of that time was not very followed but not for my lack, but because there was a lot of material to follow as young players had a much lower age.

In addition, I emphasize, that in all my three year mandate I always asked the Croatian manager to give me a hand with their younger but no one has come forward.

So excuse me when you say that valsimot is more good than me in all aspects is only your opinion not supported by actual facts.

Valsimot definitely is a great manager but the work I have done in recent seasons is recognized by the respect and friendship of many Croatian manager of great experience.

I do not want to discuss with you so please do not pull myself more in question
