Hello,
My name is Kamil. I played Sokker between 2006-2010 and was Polish NT staff member then (look at tactic name of this match (against Hrvatska btw :D), played in polish II league achieved 2nd place and was in quarter-finals of Polish Cup. I was a teenager then and now am almost 30yo, married, and working in IT.

Few season ago I was a coach of Ireland and I think I have reached maximum of its potential. I became a coach when Ireland was on the 67th position it ranking with 1195 ranking points. At the end Ireland was 10 positions higher with about 1450 points. That was my goal for that campaign - improve position and get rank which resulted in 4th pot in World Cup Qualifiers.

Later I trained England and got promoted to WC and then played in cup stage. That was a huge success as it has been few years since England played at WC.

Then I had best time as coach with Belgium leading them to bronze medal at World Cup in first campaign. And to quarterfinal in the next one.


Before being a coach at senior NTs I was an assistant at Woody’s U21 Polish NT. Now it's time to start myself at U21.

What I could offer as a coach?
-activity on forum (preview and summary of every match) with analysis of matches
-variety of tactics during the matches
-active cooperation with coaches and for better development of young players (future generations)

glad to see that someone like you is seriously interested into leading our U21, its flattering, but maybe you should try somewhere else, while there is enough time to do so, i think (and we can wait for confirmation) that our current U21 coach will try to win this elections and if that happens you dont have real chances here.

Thanks PlaYa for you sincere words. I saw yesterday that valsimot was logged and didn't sign in for elections and there is no candidate so I thought it would be good to try.

If valsimot is eager to continue - I'll not even try to compete with him. But if he decides to not start - I'm fully in and want to do as much good as it's possible for your NT :)


Anyway - I hope he's not starting and you'll be happy to welcome a new coach :) I promise to give my best if you choose me.

its best to wait for valsimot but he (and sometimes me too) waits with candidacy even for several days in order to motivate someone from the community to candidate, usually it only motivates foreign managers to candidate, unfortunately, your conclusion is reasonable, i would do the same if i were you.

he will respond in some way when he log in, i am sure...

he did it ;) we had a little conversation.

As a result - I quit and probably and have a longer break from NT :)
