Prvi put otkad igram mi se desi da igrac iz penala ne dobaci do gola.Nekakav pokusaj loba i lopta stane ispred gola.I to u kupu na penalima pa nije ni cudno sta ispadnem.

I don't like the new match engine.
Now it's more about luck than never.
Strategy has been very affected.
There was fun, it was strategical, tactical, when you were trying to place your strikers between your oponent's defenders, in free spaces. It was a "virtual strategy battle" between you and your oponent.
Now, it doesn't really matter how you place your defs, they will cover the strikers (ok, not if you place them as Danmark coach did 2 days ago).
So, we'll see through passes like 1 in 2 games.
Back then, it was used a position... called "winger". Now, greg hit the winger position with 2 shots. First, he will be pretty well marked (again, if you don't place your defs like crazy. Just decent, normal), and even if he manages to get past the def, the headers are now awful.
To sum up, no more through passes, no more winger position.
How are we supposed to create scoring opportunities?
Don't tell me by playing 361 and passing the ball from one mid to another till a "defence breach" will appear and the striker will be launched.
Watch Germany - Russia, 2 days ago. Russians had smashing possesion, there were tens of seconds when the germans didn't even touch the ball! The russians were passing between the 2 side defs and 3 central mids, like this: ball to side def nr 1, pass to central mid, pass to other central mid, pass to side def nr 1, pass to 3rd central mid, pass to side def nr 2, pass to central mid. Tens of passings like this!
But, guess what, no breach occured in german defence. the 5 defs and 3 central mids were running from one side to another, without touching the ball, looking at how the russians pass and from time to time running towards the player who has the ball, to tackle.
Just watch the game, it is exactly as I say.
Most of the goals are scored from luck now.
Croatia scored a header from freaking 17m! Their next header will be scored at next world cup.
2 decent tactics (I repet, we don't talk about trash tactics, but about "above average" ones) will anihilate each other and the game will be decided by luck. A ball launched by the side def directly on striker, striker is in duel with def, so 50-50% chances to win, if he wins, then he has a chance to score. Or a header from 17m. A long range shot as Polska had. Or better, an awesome own-goal as Eesti scored in their own goal, by a def who tackled towards the ball, trying to move it from the penalty-box, the ball went towards his goal, hit the bar and in, not a chance for gk.
With the old engine, even with 2 decent tactics, you were still able to take advantage of throw-ins! It was very difficult to cover ALL the throw-in posibilities. So there was another "virtual strategy battle" between the 2 managers. One was trying to put his players in a good, free position to receive his ball (for this, he was watching a couple of oponent matches, to see how they are placed at throw-ins) AND the other manager was trying to cover the throw-ins positions (he was also watching matches played by oponents to see where they place their players).
Now... not anymore.
Ok, there are opinions and opinions, some may like the engine, some may not.
I am just trying to be objective and find some logic. SOME strategies, some freaking chances to create scoring oportunities!

I won't make too many hopes, even if it is posted there.
Marts: I used to talk with greg a couple of times via sk-mail.
Don't know how, but he usually answers my sk-mails.
He answered me last time, I answered back, on 28th May, but he still didn't read that sk-mail. It's marked with red in my sentbox.
Also, I've sent him another sk-mail on 17th June, regarding those NT stadiums, because world cup was near, he didn't read this one either.
I don't know exactly and I may be wrong, but if greg wins 5000-10.000 euros per month from this game, he's a real badass. Don't forget that this is a part-time for him, he isn't doing this for a living.
So, it is highly probable that he lives pretty decent, way above the average of most central-eastern-nordern european countries (Polska, Romania, Eesti).
Why would I try and advertise his game (as you asked us on other topics), attract new users, users that may buy plus (some of them), so why would I try and work in order to increase greg's money? I don't really receive anything in exchange.
If I would work for a "boss", in a company, I would increase his budget, I would help him, but he also pays me, I have some advantages.
Here, personally, I didn't receive anything with these new changes.
Some of the 50k users may have received joy, happiness etc, with these changes, they may like it, but I'm pretty sure there are LOTS of users like me that don't have any advantage, that don't like it.
I don't say that one must make everyone else happy (generally speaking), it's pretty impossible, there will always be someone who is not happy, who doesn't like the way you acted. It's impossible to make everyone from a community, group, class, city, any other division, HAPPY.
BUT you should try and even succed to make the MAJORITY happy. If the majority agrees, then you did a decent job.
I think it's impossible in sokker to determine what the majority thinks, but if they are still here and still offer greg 5000 per month, then some may be happy or play from "instinct" (like "oh, my plus expired, I must buy a new one).
I, personally, am not happy not about those changes, but about the general attitude of the game owners. It's obvious that they are not professionals, they are amateurs.
If I would have been the owner, be sure that I would have created a special forum and I would have read that forum! And answer regarding different stuff. And if I can't read all the topics (because of time, many topics etc) I would have hired a user (100-200$ per month for reading a forum is gold) I trust in and ask him to "filter" the important ideas from that topic and tell them to me (or link me the topics).
There may be many ideas in this forum, but SURELY some of them are good, are able to help me, as game owner, to develop the game, develop my future possibilities, and even develop my future earnings.
But greg doesn't do any from these.
Even this post, it's a single post on a forum of a 50k user-game from the huge internet. It's nothing.
But some make money (real money!) from this game and don't give a damn, while others don't even enjoy the game.

od ozbiljnih tekmi sa vrhunskim ocjenama jedino sam zadnju tekmu nase seniorske repke pogledao u zadnje vrijeme u komadu tako da ne mogu na ovoj razini debatirat pozitivno/negativno sa anacondom ili ljudima koji toliko prate... Moj tim trenutno igra sa ocjenom od oko 40, to je druga dimenzija, k tome na najgorem terenu...
Pozitivni efekt novih promjena (koji mi se cini takvim ali nisam siguran da u praksi je bas tako radi pre malo odgledanih utakmica visokog nivoa) je guranje obrana prema svojim polovicama gdje im je mjesto odnosno tesko disanje obrana parkiranih na centar. Zatim bolji odabir napadaca za suteve iz daljine odnosno bolji sutevi iz daljine, sa nekako vecom sansom da sjednu u mrezu (nogom). Takoder (bilo to pozitivno ili negativno) travnjak kao takav gdje lopta ima sansu otici u slovu L ili poskociti nenadano daje odredeni balans da slabije ekipe ugoste jace na oranicama i smanje im na taj nacin kvalitetu igre koja na savrsenoj podlozi puno izrazenije ide u korist jacih timova.
Definitivno sam za barem djelomicno vracanje ovog pokrivanja defova u normalu i tu bi se slozio sa napisanim, svakako ubija dobar dio taktickog nadmudrivanja a taktike u kojima na primjer poluspica ulazi u praznu rupu u sredini, dobiva loptu u prostor te potom zabija gol, evo iskreno ne znam kako bih to krenuo radit da sad moram, kako namjestit da pri preuzimanju poluspice od def mida ka defu on uleti u prazan prostor i nitko ne stigne takticki to pokriti, morao bi poprilicno dobro ocjenit visinu protivnicke obrane za to...
Glasanje bi evo iskreno da me se pita proveo izmedu gledanja u 3D i 2D, sto vise korisnika preferira? Jer nastimavanje gledljivosti odnosno brzine igraca prema 3D mislim da je pogresno...
