I am a Newbie in Korea and there is only two players in Korea. If you have a good idea for managing my team, please give me your advice.

And...I don't know who is the other player in korea. Is there a way to distinguish bot team and user team?

How to survive the first two seasons


Advices new users(It is recomended for new users):


The question is that you wonder how to earn money with defenders training in the future? When you get your team you has 50 million forints. If you don't do anything with this, the money will decrease.

You would like to keek support your team, you would like to get money to build your squad.

In the first season you can't keep the players to whom give training(I speak about it afterwards).
Every start is heavy... If you do it, as I write, you hasn't money problem.

See, what you do to will be succesful:

1.Unearthly main coach(only tackling skill unearthly the others low...)
2.10 young defender

You need these things to survive the first season.

1.uearthly coach

Important: Buy a coach with uearthly tackling skill, don't buy bad one!!! If you want your defenders development, you need professional coach, you need teh best one!
The other skills would be very low, so your maincoach's salary is cheap. Get a coach, but his salary won't be higher than 1.5 million forint.

Max. 3 million forint will be gone to the trainer recruit.

Well, you spent 3 million forints now. You need 3 secondary coach too. I'll wrote about it afterwards too...

After the recruits you will be 45 millio forints. You have to buy 8 defender and 2 others as a def.mid. Buy 18-20 aged defenders!

Look for defenders with good-solid pace and with adequate tackling. The other skills will be very low, so you buy cheap(1-2 million). The other skills not important, because you keep these defenders only 1-1.5 years. The next „big buying” you see the others skills too...

These defs costs 1-2 million forints(Don't give more money for the defs). Well you buy 8 defs, this is 16 million forints.Sell your defs, what you get first... You need these 8 young defs.

Now you has +29 million forints. You need two def.mid. You have to buy two def(15-15 million).

The speed and tackling is the same, what I wrote at the 8 defs., but the other skills is important too(playmaking-technique-passing would be adequate-adequate-adequate).

You has -10 million forints. The training is started. The defs pop ups 3-6 weeks. The talanted defs pop up 3-4 weeks, less talanted pop up 5-6 weeks.

My defs pop up 3-5 weeks. Give 4-5 level tackling to the defs, than sell them as excellent. Every def will pop up 3x in one season. This is the minimum... After the first season, when the season is over and you have only one match/week give the defs speed training(3 weeks). 10 def play in your matches, but only 5 def play with def. Instruction. So 10 player get a training. If you gave tackling beetween two season only 5 defs would get training(maybe all defs get 1 level pace).

When the next season starts, you give the defs tackling again. Defs may get the excellent level at the 4th round.

You can get 30-80 million forints for your defs. Calculate 50 million/def. + 2 def.mid (60-60 million).

This is 520 million forints. You probably have -70million before the transaction, so we discount 70 million.

Now we have 450 million forints.

You can 4-5 defs., what you can train more time to train into the NT squad for example.

Requirements:

18 age defs:

pace: average-adequate
tackling: average-adequate
passing: average-adequate
technique: average-adequate
playmaking: average-adequate

max.: 30 million/defs

Well, You have 330 million.

You need 2 def.mid again (90-100 million/ def.mid).

You can buy 4 def. Such as you buy in the first round 2 million/def.

Now you have 122 million(I speak about it recently...)

It is important for you to train much better defs yourself, who good in the I-II.division.
You need to give lot of tackling, pace and a little technique for your defenders.

How to get money??? The answer is easy. You have 4 defs for the market as a I write...

This is one way to earn money.

Two other things as you can get money. This is the stadium, and youth academy.

If you expand more you haven't got stadium problem some season. Expand rarely, but lot.
No often and little...

You have 122 million for the stadium.
1000 wood-bench= 18 million forints.
Your stadium have 3100 capacity. Expand for 10000. You have 4-5 season without expand.

(The next benefits from the sells you can spend some stronger player on other position...)

Well 80 million forints for expand. You can earn for the stadium well.

Now you have 44 million.

This is the first steps. Good game!
