Subject: Training and coach

Well , assitents are realy imporetent in boosting the training speed.
For exmple i have a player that i brought (3.4 talent in junior with inc coach) and he poped to Incredable passing after 3 friendly matches.
The assistents are realy importent in that.
It would only help if you move the Brilliant to be assistent and sack the avarage one , and try to bring a better one than the very good , i know they take a lot of money , but its worth it in my eyes.
(btw , now the talent of you striker in pace looks better , couse with better assistent i belive he would pop better)

And i think the best way to survive their wages is to have (in your case since you train striker) 3 strikers for long term (Make it Latvian ones..;-) and 3 that you can sell to get money if needed.
If you dont train striker , but tech than you can train 10 players (as mids) , so it can give you more options to train more players that you can sell.
Me personaly have no problems in survivng their wages since i have a big stadium that brings nice income and and im loosing about 40-45k euro in two weeks time (home and away matches) , so thats not a lot.

btw , i dont know if you have here some kind of a list of users with "who trains what and with what stuff" , it can help as well when looking for a home for some potential or so.

Thats great , so you have a realy importent role for the future , there are not many gk trainers , and more over ones who train local keepers , so train them well..

jautājums tiem,kas izvilkuši magical.ar kuru piegājienu tas izdevās? vienreiz pamēģināju,saliku visās prasmēs maksimālo,magical,bet rezultātā kaut kāds nīkulis un 28 800 Ls izmesti vējā.

es esmu laikam izvilcis 4 magical, bet 2 bij pārāk lielas algas kopā es esmu tuvu 20 reizēm mēģinājis :D

ja ieiet azartā,var arī līdz bankrota slieksnim nospēlēties :)

9.mēģinājums,pēdējais :D nauda palika 5500.mīnusos nebūtu līdis.ieliku par zaļknābju vagaru,tagad lai pamēģina tik netrenēties uz 3-3,5 :))
