B) A seeded draw where the stronger teams play stronger teams and weaker play weaker.

i have an idea how we ca do this, you guys make a list of your teams from the strongest down to weakest, use your brain, statistics etc.. :))) and we will do the same and then we will play #1 team plays #1, #2 plays #2 and so on... how is this idea?
