Hello everyone
I would like to offer my services to be you National team manager.
I will start with some info about me:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 25yr , work in design of magazins , banners , commorcials and more.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT since i work from home.
Experience in the game:
I was Israe National team manager for 3 season , and 3 seasons before that i worked as assistent.
In my first season we played only friendly matches and had some nice results (some with the U21) , like:
Israel - Ireland 2:2
Israel - Slovensko 1:1
Israel - Canada 2:0
Israel - Portugal 0:0
After that season we had a group a realy hard group to go up from:
England , Scotland , Slovenia , Israel , Shqipëria and Singapore.
We missed the WC becouse of 1 point (!!) , finishing 4th , 1 point behind Scotland..
We beat Shqipëria and Singapore with no problems in both matches , but the best results where:
Israel - Scotland 0:0
Israel - Slovenija 3:1
Scotland - Israel 1:1
We at a little more luck we could have make the WC.. :-(
This season we had a realy bad luck with the draw , our group was the hardest in the qualifying with:
Česká republika , Aregentina , Ireland , Hellas , Israel , Ecuador.
We finished the group 4th again , could have been better with some of the luck we allways missed..
The results i liked most where:
Hellas - Israel 1:2
Ireland - Israel 1:2
Israel - Belarus 4:3
(The last one is a freindly with strongest teams , a win against a team ranked 11 places before us)
With my team i won 7 titles in 7 seasons , including 4 in a row in the top league.
Everyone in my community knows me and fear to face me.. ;-)
My goals:
My goals with the National Team will be to build the team for the future , we will play most with U21 in this season since its a friendly season and their is the Unofficial U21 WC which we will want to be in.
After this season we will see our draw for the WC , if everthing will go ok with our players during this season with some luck we can make the WC the next time.
As you can see i took Israel when we didnt have good players (to say the least..) and in time we built an NT which i think now everyone will give respect to , and in any other group im sure we would have made it to the WC this time.
Its an efort of both , the NT Manager and the community , only toghter the job can be done.
Connection with the community:
Its maybe the most importent thing if we want to make a good NT.
I think most of you speak english , which will make it easy for me to communicate with your community , but i will want to have a stuff of people that will help.
- 1 person that will be as spokeperson , and will make the connection between me and the people here who dosnt speek english. he will write my posts in your language and will be as translator for me.
Of course he can do more things if he will want to.
- 2 persons that will be our scouts , since there are not to much potentials yet there is no need for too much scouts. Their job is of course checking whats going on with our potentials and update me for their skills and progress.
- As many persons as like , for helping tacticly in our matches.
Before every match there will be a topic in which we will talk about our next match and how we want to play , everyone can say his opinion , i count all as equal.
My way of play:
I belive that a small sokker country must have a strong defence and should think first about the defensive way.
In the high levels of NT matches defence can do the difference and the results are what matters in the end.
My style will be to get the best results for us , even if it means we will play with 1 striker (of course like i said before , in this season we will play with our U21 most and will get ready for next season qualifying and more over , build the NT for many season to come)

You seems a good choice or at least a valid alternative to a latvian manager.
I have a few questions :
- Have U watched any Latvian games and if what is their strenght and their weaknesses?
- How will U keep up the interest around the National Team?

Yes , but its hard to say what are the strengh and weakneses since i dont know the exact players skills.
On the overall the defence looks like it must get better , and like i said in my speach , this part of the game is very importent in NT levels in my eyes , especialy for a small sokker nation.
I can assume the skills of the players now are more or less as they where in Israel NT when i started my job , and the weakneses are usualy the same after this number of season in the game - low tech and passing , pace is not too good , but the primary skills is fine (I guess around Excellent - Outstanding , which is something that can be worked with , but the secondery skills must get better)

Well , now each NT has its own forum , before every match there will be a topic about the upcoming match , people can talk free there and say how they would play and give their tips and toughts , i never underestimate anyone and im allways happy to listen.
There will be a topic for NT news , where every call up , drop out , or any other news that is relted to the NT will be writen there , since i belive the NT belongs to the community , and its importent to let eveyone know whats going on and why x and y descions where taken.
A topic for players on sale , where players for sale or that will be on sale from the NT will be published there , hoping that someone from our community will be able to buy and train them.
A topic for "daimond" , where high potentials for the NT will be listed there , for sale or not , so we can keep track on them.
I belive its very importent to keep potentials in their home country , since im sure everyone here wants our NT to do well , and if a player is sold for a foreign team usually his manager wont care too much about the player and wont have any probelm selling him or not training him. (and its from exprience , one of the most importent key for succeses for a small sokker country is building the NT on home trained players , call it patriotism)
Like i said , the main goal will be to build the NT on young players and more over , players that are trained.
Players that are not trained wont be in the squad , since the most importent thing is to get better and not stand in place.

I didnt understand the question i think , but as far as tactics , every match is for itself.
Im sure everyone here will be able to learn a lot from our NT matches , and i will be happy to explain and teach things that people will want to know or should know.
I gave some links in my speech for some matches , lets take for example the match against Scotalnd:
Scotland - Israel 1:1
Scotland as you know are a top NT , our goal in this match was to get a the result , draw or win, against a much better NT.
What i have done first is keep my defence low , since i knew their strikers tech and pace is higher then our defenders defence and pace skills , and the way to handle them better is to play our defenders with their faces to the ball , and not let them run after their strikers (if i would have taken the defensive line high).
They usually play with 1-2 wingers and its their most importent part of attack , if you stop their wingers your chances are much better , in this match they played with one , which i wanted to stop with our wingbacks.
Our 2 def mids where in to stop long balls for their strikers , since their players have high passing skills , thats the best that can be done to try and stop long passes. Our central mid job was to try and get some steals and look for our strikers , which played more wide , since i assume they would play with 3 defenders and they allways take their defence high , and the best way in my eyes to past them is from the sides. more over , in the sides the opponent defenders will usualy pass the ball to the stands = our throw in = our chance to score.
This are small things that are realy importent for a weaker team to take advantage for.

why have you left the elections. I am not 100% shure that local users are the best choise. I am sorry to local candidates, but I think, that they have not so great expierence to lead the NT. And I think, that our NT need some "fresh" blood. Your introduction about yourself was really impressive and i think that you have to participate in elections, if you wish.
I agree with that , thats why i run in first place.

of course, i see you are a good manager, but withdrawing from elections means you're afraid of competition, doesn't it? how can you actually ask for 100% support from any community? if there's an election, there must be a competition. i may be only one voice from 100+ latvians in this community, but your attitude seems to me a bit aggressive- take me, otherwise i won't candidate at all. sorry if i'm wrong
No , couse your mod lauzejs , said to me your community will vote for a local manager , and i asked before that Ozzynators , your corrent coach , what dose he think , and he said that if a local manager will run than its about 70-90% he will win it , and in my eyes that gives me almost no chance to win it , and its not couse im afraid from competition , i live up for challenges , like taking a small sokker nation as yours to build it , thats a big challenge as you know , but i know how elections work , i have been in some , and the spirit of things dosnt lie , there are no supprises in NT elections , the one who is supposed to get elected dose win it.
I worked at NT levels for 6 season now , i know what are my skills and what i can do , and your NT lookes like a realy good prospect for the future to build on , thats why i run at first place.

that 70-90% i said was in the case that someone strong from Latvian community paricipates in elections. For now gugians is not from elite users (sorry for that gugi), he is active and it is a pluss but he is not tested in any way so you still have all the possabilities to win in my opinion.
As some of my colegues said - we will se it before the end, at least after lots of questioning. So dont resign jet.

Well elite could be from our Virsliga (first ligue) for example and not all - only active ones so there are not many for whom i could give my vote.

btw , i dont know if you have it in your forum , but one very importent thing is to follow your junior pulls.
In our forum we made separate topics for each level pulled:

Formidable + Pulls
This way is a very good way to follow prospects , beside databases and so.
For exmple last season i looked backwords at our Formidable+ pulls topic and i saw some players that where pulled some time ago and their managers didnt update their skills and they where "forgoten".
So this topics are importent , if you dont have this so far ill recomend it.
(And im not talking about a general topic for all pulls , thats not a good way to do it in my eyes)

Did you open an election campaign in other countries aswell? Yes/No, why?
Will you introduce to us a new NT database or should we use existing one rixstudios NT DB? Could you please take a look at this DB and comment existing formulas in short? Do you agree with them or should try another calculations?
