That was the next question I wanted to ask - what do you think of being succesful with your personal team. Were you lucky to won those titles or do you have a great potential of superb team managing?

I mean, do you think to be much smarter than other managers?

How often do you accept other opinions in tactics and player line-up? Did you always play with NT as you decided or changed tactics after discussions with community?

Maybe you answered this earlier but I am curios - what was the reason you left NT Israel coach job? Did you try to be elected 4th time and fail or didn't candidate at all?

Well , i think ozzy asked something the same.
I didnt talk much about my personal team since its not like NT , and in my team i come more as favorite in most matches..
But if you want some suprieses for my opponents with my team than here are some:

MISKENIM - Beitar Yoqneam 14:1
I know him as a manager who changes formations to the opponents , i played the same formation a couple of games before , but in this one i changed the side.... (a formation with one winger) and all his work for making the formation to suit mine collapsed couse of that....

This match was for the championship , i supprised him with a formation i didnt use before that with a high defence line (before that i leave them low) , and it killed him.

MISKENIM - Seanco`s Damonds 4:0
Another manager who changes formations and i knew he will try to take down my wingers , so i pulled them in for the mid area , so his wingbacks wont be on them , and it worked.

As i said , personal team matches are not as NT matches , most managers in the leagues dont change their formations most of the time , and in NT matches you play against some of the best in the game.

That's nice, you surprised all of them by changing tactics. They should know that most likely you will change tactics if this is an important match. Did anyone ever win a match against you by changing his tactics to disable your strong side? Could you post 1 or 2 biggest disappointment matches from your team and explain what did you do wrong or what an opponent made to oversmart you?

are you still friends after that match? :)

Well , at the end of the day the manager is the one who decides how to play.
As i said , before every match there will be a topic about the NT match , and everyone will write what he thinks , i hope the many will.
I take every opinion to think about and as a serious one , but at the end the goal is the best for the NT , thats one reason the manager is being elected for.
I can understand people who may want to play with 3 strikers against lets say for exmple Israel , but when i will think about it , i dont think that would be good.

The reason is a new challenge after so many seasons in the same spot.
What i did and built in Israel NT and community and the time i gave to this is known there , some can appricaite it more and some less , as the nature of people.
In my eyes , and you can judge it yourself , we have now a great NT , we didnt go to the WC couse of the hardest group in the quilifyers , and i said that the goal would be to do so , and when i didnt it was natural to step a side , and let a new blood have a try on it with much better NT that will be in the next try.

In those examples you were the favorite team and played very offensive. Opponents played defensively with 4-5 defs at the low line. I think you would won them with any reasonable tactic. Your match ratings were much stronger so I don't think these are the best examples. Do you won some games having worse ratings, could give an example?

Ok, that's enough for now. Waiting for biggest disappointment examples and a victory with worse ratings than opponent had :)

I play my team as favorites in every match , that was something from the begining , there is not something i can do about it , thats another reason i didnt give examples from my personal team , and gave you examples for the NT matches when coming as underdogs , since thats the case here as well.

He have a strong team so,
I think that he have previous experience from NT games that he can show from :)

I believe that every strong and experienced trainer in sokker,
Is keep winning formation for long time in his team/

But when its come to the NT is quiet a different story :)

Netanya Mutants - MISKENIM 4:2
In this matche i pushed the defence line maybe too high , he brought a new striker before this match but i didnt look at this , my best defender got injured (funny he got injured in the last cup match too....) and i a 18yr winger came in for him , and it costed me.
But in personal team i dont care much , its only me who should care about it and not the community , i take it different.
