well... yes... i myself use Opera, but there are some who uses firefox and asks for automatic player upload
+ it is faster to upload player skills
+ more players will be uploaded
- we have to make requirements for players so there is no spam
- lots of work for testing etc.

I think that it is not extremly nessesery because i have some managers from other countries that just sends me the player skills by PM and for me it is not hard to change that player's skills from NT Coach login.

Yes , but on the other hand there is a possibilty that a manager that takes 1.5 minute of his time to update the player manualy actualy cares more about his player to be in the NT and for his future , and someone who says 1.5 minute of his time is too much to update his player dosnt care much... i just think its some sign for it..

If we'll elect you then be ready to show the best of what you can. Because our first NT coach MrSponkie was really great coach. He did a lot of job: scouting, players database managing, communicating, tactics advising etc... It would be very sad to not re-elected after a season of friendlies, what do you think? Are you the man who will fight till the last second? Or if you see that your job isn't as good as you thought before, you just give up and leave? Sponkie was very emotional and he hated to lost 14:0 for instance, I think he left because he was disappointed in too many losses.
Here's another question. If you'll fail in elections and one of latvians will be elected. Imagine that he will offer you to work as assistant/scout/spokesperson. What would be your answer?

Well , since you dont know me to much i can tell you that i realy hate to have a bad result in the NT , since like said before , the NT belongs to the community , if the NT plays bad than its the community lose , and not as im loosing a match with my personal team , and i realy hate to let down others that care about it...
I know where im runing , i know probably we will lose matches , and some maybe in high scores , but as you saw i didnt said anything like: elect me , i will win all matches , i will make the team look like they are all divine , we will be in the WC for sure , and so.
I know i come here to help the NT to build itself for the future , couse we wont win the WC now , and probably we will lose most matches , maybe some in high scores , but i like this challenge of building the NT and i have the experience in that , to see how the team gets better and better and how we can see a great team for the future , as we did in Israel.
(And its we couse its the community and the manager)

I left the Latvian NT because my motivations to work lacked after the loss of the best Latvian young players. I made a mistake, I trusted in LTU and his Lithuanians friends , and after their ban, all the work built for the Latvian NT future were lost, and I decided to leave because without the motivations I wouldn't worked with passion equal to the previous seasons.

I can understand that.
As you remember i made with Nin and instetution a few season ago becouse we lost some importent potentials and i had enough with that.
We got almost every NT manager signature that we want a change , i sent it to Greg , but he gave some answers like:
Thats the rule , thats how it goes , it cant be changed and so.
If you ask me , i dont know how much they do care about it , they are Poland , they realy dont have the probelm of loosing potentials.....
Thats why i belive we should try and keep our potentials trained here and not sell them.
