We led 2:0 , our middle defender and the best one we have got a red card , and they scroed 2 from that hole (one from a shot and from a penalty becouse of he wasnt there to clear the ball infront of the striker..)
But still , they are 13 places infront us , a draw is fine , but without that red it would have been a win...

I am truly think that the Latvian community will make a huge mistake if they will not elect you,
but then again it will be great for me (if I will elect to Israel NT) cause you will have more time to help :))

If he wont win, then he can be an assistant anyway, because there are to serious candidates left exept he and i. so if i will win i will take him as an assistant, but if he will win i hope he will take me. but ok.. good luck anyway.

And sure , i will be happy if im elected if you will be my assistent (i already talked with Ozzynators about him being my assistent and he agreed , but another assistent is great , it can only help the connection with the community since both of you are locals and know the spirit of things here and Ozzynators knows best the stuff of players there are)
(And i started my self as an assistent for 3 season , as guy fink knows the best , he was the NT manager 2 seasons from those..;-)
As i said , if im not elected than i will still be here and happy to help in what i can , but of course i know and sure i can tribute much more as the NT mananger , and this way you and Ozzynators (as assistents) and all the community will learn a lot on the way.

Corrent: Score = Pace * 1.5 + Defender * 2.0 + Passing + Technique + Playmaker
My toughts: Score = Pace * 1.5 + Defender * 3.0 + Passing *1 + Technique *0.5 + Playmaker *1.5

i train defs and i have question, is there really so big deference betwen pm and teh ? i read in international forum and there was big discussion abot the secondarys for defs.

I work a lot with graphics , so its on the way.. ;-)

Well , my thinking in this area is simple.
I preffer the defender to have the most pm first , than passing , and than tech.
The reason for that is that a defender without pm will just kick the ball to the stands , and throw-ins gives chances to score , and i preffer allways and in first thinking to get as low as i can the number of chances the opponents have.
Passing is importent of course that his passes will be as good as possible , and maybe he can hit a long pass to the striker , which can be very dangerous for the opponents , couse this balls can cut defences.
Of course tech is importent so he can get control on the ball and not lose it , but in my eyes that happends less times , and in most cases if he dose loses the ball there can be another defender aside him to clear it , and if a defender with high tech but with low pm and passing will take control he will shot it to the stands and as i said , thats a chance for our opponents.
And btw , even a player with magical tech can lose control for no reason..

and player with magical pass and pm can make shity pass :D

A question about your stadium. Why do you have only seats and most of them are under cover? Shouldn't you have some benches too? When you'll decide to enlarge stadium, there will be a large cost for expansion because of the roof, isn't it so?
