A question about your stadium. Why do you have only seats and most of them are under cover? Shouldn't you have some benches too? When you'll decide to enlarge stadium, there will be a large cost for expansion because of the roof, isn't it so?
Seats brings more money , roof makes sure fans will come even in rain.
I think it was 2-3 seasons ago when i think every home match i had was with rain , and i had enough with that.
Seats with roof behind the goal gives more income than benches there , seats along the line bring more money than benches there (and even more with roof).
The only case benches brings the same is if they and the seats behind the goal has no roof , and thats not the case here.
Yes , if i want to expend it will cost more couse now i will only expend with roof , but on the long term view it will only help with more income and no matter the weather conditions.
And thats very importent in my eyes.
:-)
(But still , this kind of stadium should be only after a while , a team that is not financialy safe dosnt need to build seats with roof for that kind of money , but its can only help in the long term if there is extra money and the team is safe financialy)

Lets say that its better to incvest this money in better assistent coaches , junior coach and better traines than in the roof...

I looked to your division and two more teams has similiar stadium
Maccabi-Yaffo
macabi pardes hana
Also in Extraklassa some of them have seats under roof only.
Would you look at my stadium and advice something? Is it good, what should be expanded?

BTW I have a following coaches:
Head coach
outstanding
Assistants
outstanding
brilliant
incredible
Junior coach
brilliant
Junior coach is always brilliant. If I need to train a skill he has, junior coach comes to Head coach and brilliant assistant becomes to Junior coach. I pulled them by myself and coaches together cover all training skills to unearthly. Unfortunately I didn't manage to pull out higher than brilliant so far.

Well , first of all , you must change that tarraces to benches at least , maybe 2000 benches (in my eyes 2000 places is the minmum that a stadium should be expended for) insted of the 500 terraces.
It will bring you more income.
The rest is depend on the size of you supporters club , the money you have free for investing in your stadium and how much you think you will win more or less.
Couse if the team is going to lose some games than the supporters mood will go down and less attendence will come to matches.

Well , thats a nice stuff (better than ozzy with his average one...;-)
The main skill of the main coach counts less , but usualy a coach with high main skill will have high skills , and the skills of the main coach will help in randoms (toghter with th assistents main skill , but i dont think someone knows how much..) , the higher they are the better it is.
Maybe you should try and have a better main coach (but lets see his skills before that)

btw , i think there should be a topic as i said when everyone will write:
What he trains and what position and his level of coaches as you wrote
This way we can get an idea for what people tend to train here , (for example in Israel we have almost no striker trainers , only 1-2 that i know , when most train pm or defence) , and who can train a potential in something.

In Latvia there are only few people who trains defenders. With scorers there is no problem ;) But yea - if that information is needed for you as a NT Coach (maybe soon to be) than go ahead. For casual managers in Latvia i dont think that it is very nessesary information :]
Well , i spamed the forum too much for now i think , i dont want lauzejs to get angry... ;-)
Lets wait for the elections to end , maybe if not elected the one who will will think otherwise..

Your head coach and junior are great , you must have some better assistents than the solid and very good in your level now , you will see it will help in training.
btw , how much is Ls in Euro or Nis?
