My best defender i was sell in previous season end.
I think that he was very good to your defender formul, because he has playmaker, but bad techniques.

Thats great you train home players , im sure it gives more fun to the game (at least in my eyes...;-)
I trained home players all the time in the game (and some started as realy weak ones , like good defence with very good pace and no seconderis at age 19 , or excellent defence and pace without seconderis in age 20 , and they are now a realy importent part in the senior NT , so if your players have talent , than i think you will have some nice future there...;-)

I hope you gugi do the same...
;-)
2008-09-23 15:24:28
Thats a much better assistent than the solid one...
;-)

And a great wage for outstanding..
2008-09-23 15:25:19
i have now 3 defs and one Mid/Def (i will train defence this season for him to) and the best is that they have talent under 4 :) (i hope i will get nice defs in next 2 weeks)
2008-09-23 15:31:45
Great , so you and Didziz (is this the name? :-) will have an importent part for the defence build up in the NT in the future.
As i told you , the main squad and in NT must be built on home trained players (the more the better) , couse its much easier for me (or for any other NT coach im sure) to trust you and Didziz than to trust some foregin manager which i dont know how much he do care about the players.
Lets say that if for example i have a two players , more or less the same skills and form , usualy i will give the home trained player the chance , since i know in the future he can be counted on.

yeah i like the wages but in one week i spend 107 980 $ :( and thats a lot for my club
2008-09-23 15:37:35
and i think that xineon train defs to :)
2008-09-23 15:38:10
Look for example in our last match in Israel against Colombia.
From the 14 players that played (11+3 subs) 9 players are trained in Israel , so the base is at the home country , thats what should be built on.
2008-09-23 15:39:13
Yes, i think that too, because he bid on one latvian def... :D
