(You know that defenders trainers will come to a point in some stage when they will need to train pm and passing , and than they will make some def-mids which are importent , so for me a defence trainer mostly can be counted as pm trainer for the future.... ;-)

Well maybe in time i will take formidable or outstanding, but i am strickly watching their wages so it every change in stuff is a problem and money spender.

And how about you stuff of coaches and number of home players?

Well , in technique you can train now 10 players , which is better than striker training (6) , train the mid position even that in the short view of time it may hurt your team a little couse your striker will maybe tend to pass more than shoting or just dribble , but on the long term it will help couse its better to train 10 than 6 , more money from training

hmm... and by the way i can train only 5 players in scoring possition because in Ligue games i play with 352 - otherwise i will lose a lot :]

Yes , but on the long term training more players will only help you , couse its 4 more players which you can train and sell for making money (well , only if they are not Latvians..;-)
(Couse we all counting on you to make the NT strikers.. ;-)

Your assistents are good for this part of time , but you need a better main coach , with this coach your players will have hard time to get random pop-ups , so try to find someone with some better side skills...
And next time you decide to upgrade your stadium replace the tarreces in benches or seats (but seats ONLY along the line)

now I have 3 latvian defenders, but when I will get more good latvian defs I will sell others. Only some weeks ago I got incredible juniors coach so I don't have many talanted Latvian defs. One is Leonards Vilks who was sold some days ago. One is NT playes, but he isn't very talanted and was in my team when I registered in soccer, and one is 18y old def with outstanding pace and adequate defence(last season I trained pace, but now for some seasons will train defence)

Yes , outstanding pace is enough in this stage , he must have defence now , and only 18yr , so looks like a realy good potential.
