currently i have solid, formidable and incredible assistants, but i'm thinking of changing the solid and formidable ones in the near future.. incredible junior team coach and main coach with unearthly skills in almost every mid'ish skill..
about trainees, i have 8 LV mids that i train (2 of them NT players)..

Great , and yes , you should have a better assistent than the solid one at this stage

What are the ages of the mids?

ages vary from 19 to 25.. the younger ones are from my junior school with talent 4,5 or less, yet they're not NT material.. still waiting for a decent youth pull..

Well , as i worte before , even a weak 19yr can still become a great player with talent in a long term training, so dont underestimate him..

When I train scoring for strikers, I only play with 3 FWs in league/cup/friendlies. Just order one of your mids as scorer and you'll see that his performance will be similiar like midfielder. And you'll get extra training.
If I see that must play 3-5-2 or 4-5-1 for instance, just change your training to pace or tech for mids. If you get early injury in league match for a scorer, change a training that will be more effective that week.
