I dont have any training program:) just defense..

nu defs viņam ir pietiekams un sekundārie skilli arī ir diezgan labi tāka visairāk viņam vajag pace :D

bet problēma ir gadi, drīz jau būs 24 un tieši pace sāk lēnāk trenēties

Man tas head coach (laikam excellent)nav parak labs lai trennetu pace, tad man laikam janem cits head coach, jo man citiem ari vajag pace.

jap, ja domā trenēt aizsargus tad vajag treneri ar unearthly pace un def kā minimums, jo tās ir pamatprasmes un šeit tikai viena prasme neko nedod vajag sabalansētas prasmesm.
ja finanses atļauj tad vari paņemt labu treneri ar unearthly pace/def/pas/tech/pm bet tas jau būtu dārgi, bet būtu lielāka iespējamība uz pasīvajiem popiem un varētu mainīt treniņu nepērkot jaunu treneri.
