Imho they f*cked up my youth school with new youth sistem because all talented players were 18y and I don't know is it worth to pay ~1,2m Ls per season for nothing...:(

I think this new system in junior team is something they didnt planed , i would bet this is a mistake they did and now they dont know / dont want to fix it...

I dont understand what they where trying to achive in this change , the main thing in this game is the talent of the players , whats the point in having no idea whats the talent of the player you pulled?
Ages i think where already , but now we just see them , so i guess the players where already 18yr..

If the skill changes would be like +-1 with unearthly coach it would be good, but if it's +-3 then there is no point of having unearthly coach. Had 25+ youths in old sistem, now 14...

maybe i have 16y who might be very nice and i know who had a nice talent (under 4.25) from the old system :) next week 3 youth players and then 2

ir jau sačakarēta, ir daži kam talants ir zināms, bet drīz tādi beigsies :( un spēlēt laikam būs jālaiž visi tie jaunieši kuri būs 16/17 gadus veci, tiem svarīgi uzzināt vai ir labs talants, no tiem varēs uztaisīt zvaigznes :D

I dont know , i still wouldnt say that Unearthly coach is useless , im sure he is helping so i would still keep him , wish i had one...
Maybe they will change back this stupied change (yes , i know the chances for this to happen are like winning the lottary....)

Interesanti, ka Zeltmatis pēdējā spēlē ir devis tikai 1% ieguldījumu kopējā komandas sniegumā. Tad varbūt džekam galīgi nebija darba, tāpēc tāds reitings? Kīperiem gan ir pilnīgi otrādi, ja nedabū normāli bumbu mačā, tad reitings ir pavisam zems.
