Well , there are very little number of pm trainers in Latvija , so if you think to start something new than think about pm training.
He will suit for this perfectly , at start you should train him passing , the more the better (its the most fun training in my eyes..)

Not bad i think , only age (near 20) , but can still be a realy nice mid if someone will train him passing and tech , should run in the low levels.
(And i know you dont train mids ozzy , but it seems like your junior coach dose..;-)

ahh.. yes I know. Lately only mids coming out of my junior school....
