Well , you can make the first one a great pm as well , so think about keeping him for your training (i dont think you will get much if you sell him)
And the second one can be a winger or a striker , so its your choice if to sell him or train him , but it looks like Skilz is puting pressure on you to sell him so he will make him a striker..
