Sharoni, i train passing, but i think that i`ll don`t sell him at the moment. i can change the training to strikers!

Well , if you can train him as a striker for a long term (Pace , Tech and striker) that will be great.
I would start his training now with pace because thats what he needs most , and striker and tech can pop randomly in this time , and they already in a level for our U21 as it looks now. (pace will train you 22 players , so you can keep your other players as well)

Obviously he is the one of the best potentials we got here , Unearthly pull in age 18 in the start of the season is allways a super pull , he is 101% future NT , but , only with the right training and in the long term...

What is the level of your assistent coaches?
And what was his exact talent in junior and with what coach there?

i don`t know exact talent, `cos i have no internet in my new flat, but at my work i don`t have any sokker organizers. junior coach is briliant, assistents - formidable, excellent, excellent.

Well , maybe in the future you will upgrade your assistents as well , anyway good luck with his training , im sure you will have a lot of fun in making him an NT star on day , and its great you are keeping him at his home.
