Even then, it could still be decent :) And if it's e.g. 4 weeks, he'll still get there (maybe a season later than with talent 3.5).

It's not like we have many pulls in Latvija that have nice skills AND nice talent :)

Yeah i tried that, shows around 4,25 and could be like that, 6 pops in 26 weeks. I guess he will stay for now as I have 10 trainees now.
