He is great , but i think unearthly is a must in the skill you train.
But i would have keep him anyway , because you will needs to train tech and passing as well (maybe you can start from tech..;-)

I have another main coach for this week with unearthly pm :) He will be after that because I will train passing+tech and then def and pace :)
