So its elections time again (damn , that was fast...)
As you know i was the NT manager in this last season , so i want to continue with what we started.

First a little on me personaly:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 25yr , work in design of magazins , banners , commercials and more of this stuff.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT since i work from home , and as i did in this season.

Experience in the game:
Well , ill start my 9th season in the game , from this seasons i had been working in NT levels almost all my time in the game , first as assistent in Israel NT for 2 seasons , than 2 seasons as the NT manager , and after a season of brake i came back to be the NT manager for another season in Israel.
Some nice matches with Israel i had in the quilifing season with this hard group:
England , Scotland , Slovenia , Israel , Shqipëria and Singapore.
We missed the WC becouse of 1 point (!!) , finishing 4th , 1 point behind Scotland..
We beat Shqipëria and Singapore with no problems in both matches , but the best results where:
- Israel - Scotland 0:0
- Israel - Slovenija 3:1
- Scotland - Israel 1:1
We at a little more luck we could have make the WC.. :-(

This season was my first here in Latvija NT.
I think we did great with the stuff of players we have , and there are more importent things which we done:
- A new database for the NT , which works with firefox and gives easy updating option.
- Make the NT younger , giving more minutes and matches to our upcoming players who will lead the NT in the future and we can trust on to be trained for a long term , and building the base of the NT on local trained players , which i belive is the most importent thing to have a good NT (as i said , local managers usualy will train their local players for a long term , and thats the base).
- Using our closed forum to have our topics on each game as it comes (if some of you didnt join it yet than please join it and feel free to write in our topics - Latvija accociation
- Updating the community in whats going on in the NT , players leaving / joining the sqaud , upcoming calander , players on sale , updates of players and more.
- I dont look at ranking points , but we improved it , i think we started with about 650 points , now we have 841 , but like i said , i dont look at this , i look in a long term.

Some of the matches i liked personaly in this season:
- Latvija - Malaysia 3:3
- Shqipëria - Latvija 1:3
- Latvija - Lietuva 0:1
- Venezuela - Latvija 0:1

With my team i won the Double this season , the championship in the top league in Israel and the cup , overall its my 8th championship in the game (and second double) in 8 season so far , will try to do the same in the 9th season.
As i said in my previous election topic , i dont look much at my team achivments in the game , i think in NT level , and more over when in most matches we come as underdogs , its different.

My goals:
Well , this season the goal will be to continue and maintain what we builded in the NT.
One of my main goals was to make the NT younger and start to build its base , and now its time to continue with this and improve it.
Our defence was realy weak when i started , now it looks much better and im happy with that , a lot of credit to the managers who train them , now its time to continue with it , and start to think more of our mid area , which is our weak point now , we relay on 3 good mids (2 of them trained here in Latvija) and we need to have more depth in it , to have more options to chose from.

This season its a quilifying season to the WC , we need to see our draw first and see what are our chances , but we will fight and try to do our best anyway.
Another importent thing is to see how the U21 and the seniors will work toghter , so an importent goal is the see how we can make it in the best way to both NT's , a good connection between both managers is importent , and we will see how we can build it and make it work the best way.

Connection with the community:
Try to get the community more involved is a top goal , i hope more users will join our closed forum and will join NT topics , i tryed to make it with a travia game this season , will try something new next season. :-)
I belive all the community are as assistents in the NT , sure there can / will be scouts , as gugi, Kolins, ozzy (who was short in time) who help in updating players , but everyone is welcomed to talk in our forum and say their mind on each game or any topic.
I learned the community this season , we have a great and warming community and i like it a lot , even that its quite small , i think the smallest are the better ones since everyone knows everyone.. its very importent for the fun of users (which is why we all come here..) , and yes , a small community means less potentials pulled (especialy "ozzy pulls"....;-) , but a good NT can still be in small communities , like i said , with a strong local base as we have (but its only the start now , it will be much better with your training guys :-).

My way of play:
As you saw in this season i dont play same style in matches , sometimes i think its better to draw the defence back and play defensivly , sometime a winger or two , sometime one striker , and sometimes i like to gamble on higher def (which i couldnt do at the start when our defence was too weak , but now its more possible) and more pressure and possestion.
So each game as it comes.

No questions, just a comment. I think every NT manager deserves to lead a team for 2 seasons unless he is weaker than it was expected. You are a good tactician with serious attitude so my vote goes for you.

I'm fine. This season was very unlucky for me and my team - lots and lots of red cards and injuries for allmost every player from my first squard :/ I hope very much for better season
