Subject: [NT U21] Karru

Hello, my name is Karru and i am from Estonia! I am 18 years old.

I have played sokker since 2005 and i have huge experience. I can make tactics very well and i speak english fluently. I can only say "Saldejumps" in latvian, it means ice cream and i think u know that ;) I spend lots of hours to sokker so commitment will not be a problem.

OK here are my questions:

1. How do you see our current U-21 strenght from some of our U-21 maches we have played last season?
2. What are our U21 strongest and weakest links?
3. What can be done to improve our U21 team?
4. In your opinion - what are the best skill selection for U21 midfield player? And is it the same as it should be for NT player after 21, or is there any skills that have a higher prioraty?
5. Your favorite tactics and tactics you would reccomend for U21 team?
6. Your aims for our U21 this season?
7. And how much time could you spend for our U21 team and\or forum?

1. Will you use a database for U21 players, which one?
2. Will you cooperate with NT coach? Is it necessary, why?
3. It seems that stamina will be very important and painful skill for U21. What's your opinion? How will you handle with this one?

1. It is not very good... but its good in my opinion.
2. I dont know the players skills but i think defending should be better...
3. Well ill try to get weaker opponent than me... and then we get better rank for qualification...
4. mid's need passing and playmaker to make good passes, so yea i would say i prefer passing and playmaker
5. My favourite tactic is to play with one wing... and 5 or 4 defs and 2 strikers!
6. Win as much games as i can.
7. Atleast 3 hours every day... but when match is coming i can spend more time :)

2. Yes i will cooperate with nt coach, its necessary becouse some under 21 and 21 yo players are strong enough to play in NT first team :)
3. I think i have to make a lot of substitutions(3) for each game:P
