Hi! My name is Deddebuo

I have been playing sokker from 2006-01-27.
My team Superkazzulaprenaturata plays in italian III division.
I'm hoping that everyone will give me the honour of being the first u-21 manager of Latvija because i have a great idea...grow with all Latvija managers.
The project will be long and hard but we can realize it.
I can assure you all now though, that the u-21 team will have my full attention if i get elected.
If I get elected i would like to introduce scouts and I’d like that Latvija managers work in my staff.
This is my Dream...please help me and collaborate with me!!!

My Goals:

* Play offensive football.
I prefer offensive tactics, I want play with 3-4-3 and line up 3 defenders with 2 midfields, 1 playmaker, 2 wingers and 2 attackers.
I think that we mustn’t have fear we must generate respect.
I prefer loose scoring that loose without shooting.

* Win same matches and gain the respect of every nation.
At the moment, the u-21 team will only be playing friendlies this season. Even though they are just friendlies, i will uphold Latvija’s honor and hopefully get a good start in the ranking's.

* Help 16y and 17y to increase.
I will try to do my best, I want involve young Latvija players in my project....First season I’d like play with a team of 16, 17, 18 years with good talent.and some 19,20 very strong player
A 16/17 y.o. player grows more rapidly if plays friendlies and U21 matches.We must establish a Champions’ generation...so the NT. could have some chance to go to World Cup and managers who train that players, when they'll be 22 y.o., can gain a lot of money improving their business!!!!
We'll create stars for major national team...

* Help the people in forums.
Also keep the forum's active and keep the general community involved and interested, in what's going on in the u-21 team and in every other problem.

good speach, but you now 3-4-3 or what you have planed .. latvians are not so strong to play with 3defenders, but anyway.. you need to now what kind of players Latvianshave and what not. anyway. good luck..

I Work with young players in my team...21 are U21.
I've bought many player to 1€ and now they value € 1M or plus.
I'm sad because I know that my possibility to be U21 manager are equals to 0% because I'm a stranger....

Really? If all Latvija managers want a local manager is more correct to say to all candidate to go away because some of them could be a good manager.

Why away.. always you have same chances. maybe you can hep Latvian team.. and then come back next season. then you will have more chances than now! And maybe not all Latvians want local manager:) for example in senior NT. only one time there was Latvian manager, but offcoure those foreing maangers were really good:)

I'm happy if some managers ask my help...I'd like crate a system to grow young champions....
Your nations have potential to become an important nation.
Italy has a good organization and that model could be apply at Latvija.

Latvija is at 37 place as user, but is 68 place in ranking....this isn't a problem of NT Manager, he works with the best players.
I think that the problem is the lack of constant supply of young players.

Have you never see italian database?
We are all stimulate to the competition to train youngs.

We incite the managers of minor league to train young players because that who have the better improve play a friendly.

We have forum for young national where we say if is convenient sell or train a player.

The transfer list is divided by age and skill.

Create a list where the managers say what they are training....and the staff could contact as the promise don't go around the world.

I'd like to give a chance to play a friendly at the best defender, midfield and attacker of the manager who play in the second team with all Latvija youngs.

OK here are my questions:

1. How do you see our current U-21 strenght from some of our U-21 maches we have played last season?
2. What are our U21 strongest and weakest links?
3. What can be done to improve our U21 team?
4. In your opinion - what are the best skill selection for U21 midfield player? And is it the same as it should be for NT player after 21, or is there any skills that have a higher prioraty?
5. Your favorite tactics and tactics you would reccomend for U21 team?
6. Your aims for our U21 this season?
7. And how much time could you spend for our U21 team and\or forum?

1. Latvija U21 is an adequate team and in this moment it has few chances to win, independently from coach, but Latvija should grow playing with very young player. expecially in this season where play only friendly. Iceland U21 win 1-0 with 14 shoot at 4....Iceland have only 23 users!!!! We must do the best!!! In that friendly had played some players that now are 22....I don't understand the utility.
2. What do you mean? Do you mean Which? Or What are the problem of U21? Could you explain me the question? I haven't understand well. :-))

4. I like multi-skill in mid position. This is my formula for mid: pace * 1.5 + technique * 1.25 + defender * 1 + playmaker * 1.5 + passing * 1.25. This mean that I prefer pace and playmaker, after passing and technique and at the end defender.
After U21 this formula should change because def skill is more important.....

I'd like to give a chance to play half time of a friendly at the best defender, midfield and attacker of the manager who play in the second team with all Latvija young, one team at week.
7. I promise that the u-21 team will have my full attention if i get elected. I work 6 hours at day....the time that I spend on sokker is a lot.....you can see how much I'm on line. Study tactic, study player....I hope that I'll have Latvija collaborators...and I 'll have 3 spies.
After the match I'll have a conference press and I'll answer at every question on the week.

I really disagree with answer on 3rd question. In my opinion 16-17YO guys seems to be very similiar. You never can predict for sure if a 16YO guy will be a superstar (because of injuries, cards, bad coach/training program). Ok, in the biggest countries there are a few fantastic 16YO pulls. But I've never seen in Latvia such a pull.
I have NT scorer in the squad. In off-season there is a two stamina trainings, but he doesn't need stamina. It's for the rest of players. According to your calculations he lost nearly 2 seasons of NT training. If a coach is so stupid to think about performance of the team instead of one star player, your NT training program will fail.
Recently you discussed with Sharoni123 and you told that U21 must be a school for NT (to prepare the best starplayers). The problem is we have a poor NT team and while there will be small community we will never be able to fight for medals. 1-2 skills to the best NT players (gained in U21 "school") will help a little. Real competition will start between U21 teams, because there is no such a big gap between old and new ones. In oHTer game there is much more interest of U20 team, in sokker could be the same. Do you really have to spoil U21 and achieve nothing in NT?

Talking about answer on 7th question. What do you mean by "3 spies". Are you talking about scouts or do you have loyal friends in other communities who will spy on their national teams?
