Subject: U21 problem...

A person say to me that all Latvija managers want a local manager in U21.
If this is really there isn't problem everybody is free to make is choice but is more correct to say this to all candidate, because some of them can be a good manager and could have some chance in other nation.

as far as i have read, latvians do want a local u-21 managaer, but it doesn't eliminate a chance for a very good foreign manager to take this place.
