Shortly about me..

Hello everybody :) My name is Lukas and I`m 24y old student from Poland. I play in sokker since 2005-11-11 ..so I spend here some time ;) I am a quite lucky man (so why Lucky_Luke) :) but my good results in sokker are not only because of my luck :) I have experience from more than 3 years playing on this game and not bad tactic skills which i`ve learned from that time and which i would like to use in working with Latvija u-21 team. I have enough free time for good work with NT.
Why Latvija? Because I think that this country have potencial. You have more than 100 users, so new young players will coming from youth schools and i saw some young latvijan players in quite good teams on the world - it is good prognose for this young team. In this season i was midfielders scout of Latvija u-21 team (helped Kolins to search new mid`s) and now i know most of them. I think that with u-21 Latvija team i could play good matches against many countries in sokker.

Experience

I play in sokker 3 years and 5 months (almost 6), so i know everything about important skills, players selection, training and others important things..
from that time I was played agains much better teams too with good results, here some of my good matches:

Polish Cup against team from III league

In league - my notes - 36, his 42

his 43,5 - my 35,5

his 43,8 - my 39,6

my 45 - his 51,5

My last qualification match against much better team (65% vs. 56%) - I loose but was very close..

I helped Kolins with midfielders in u-21 team this season, so i`ve already know something about u-21 Latvija NT

Tactics

My favourite tactic is 4-5-1 because i training mid`s in my team, but i think that this is a good tactic against strongest teams - strong defence and counter attacks, so i like it.
For u-21 team I will try to find best tactic for players which i have in team. I like to play with wingers (one or two) - this is a big chance for good cross and goal from head. Against stronger teams i will play more defensively (5 or 4 defenders), against weak more offensively (minimum 2 or 3 attackers).

Database

I will use Mandu chuva database included in firesokker plugin (this is the most popular database in world, so easy to find new players). I will inform managers in other countries to add they players into this database - then i could know more Latvijan players from whole world and find best 11

What`s more?

I will talk with managers which are Latvija u-21 players owners about training and helping them on it. I will advertise perspective or actually u-21 Latvija players which are on TL in Poland - searching clubs for them when they can get best training. Searching for a new players and helping for local managers in training, youth school and every important things in sokker.
I want have only winning matches!

lauzejs think that i`m not good enough to take u-21 Latvija NT, but he is wrong. I can manage Latvija NT best as possible and i`ll do everything what i could to be best NT manager

I`ll try to find new players (some players are 22yo now, but there could be some new players which we didn`t know yet)
I`ll make new tactics - most important matches against Colombia, Canada and Srbija - I`ll give enough work to get good results for Latvija.

do you have special mthot in finding players..
i remember how fasst you found midfielders this season:)

- will you have enough time to work with U21

I didn't say you aren't good enough, I just don't know anything about yourself. And Kolins mentioned that your job as a scout was questionable because you left it at a half season. Am I wrong?
And I think that a little competition for such an experienced polish manager will add a spice to these elections.

next season we will hava some friendlys.. do you prefer to play against stongest, weaker on the same level teams?

Ok :) yes in half of the last season i have much more study on my university and problems with internet conection :/ I was trying still working, but i havn`t found new players.. unfortunately yes i have less time then.. Sometimes i need more time on study - before some exams, but problem with internet conection was not my fault :/

weaker or the same level.. i think that better is win matches and making higher ranking, matches against strongest teams will be in the group ;)
