:-)

As you know i was the NT manager in this last 2 seasons , so i want to continue with what we started , dont worry , i wont be the NT coach forever (unless you want to)..
;-)
But i would like to have this 2 next seasons to continue the build up we started
:-)

First a little on me personaly:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 26yr , work in design of magazins , banners , commercials and more of this stuff.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT and with Latvija NT in the last 2 seasons since i work from home.

Experience in the game:
Well , ill start my 10th season in the game , from this seasons i had been working in NT levels for
almost all my time in the game , first as assistent in Israel NT for 2 seasons , than 2 seasons as the NT manager , and after a season of brake i came back to be the NT manager for another 1 season in Israel , and as you know i was Latvija NT manager for the last 2 seasons.

Ill write here only the achivments from the last season , to try and make this shorter than previous elections..

Well , this season we where in the WCQ , we had a hard group with Poland , Slovakia , Slovenija , Moldova and Vietnam.
Our goal compering to the other teams was to finish the group 4th infront of Moldova who was favoriets for this place , and we did it , finishing the group with 15 points , 9 points infront of Moldova and only 3 points away from 3rd place.

The matches i liked most this season:
- Slovenija - Latvija 0:1
I had to start with this one , maybe the biggest win ever in Latvija history in sokker , was a great reault and match for us against a much better team (which beat Slovakia)
- Moldova - Latvija 1:2
The first win against Moldova , great match , we closed them super and we came back from 1:0 down to win it.
- Latvija - Moldova 5:4
The 2nd win against Moldova , an unforgetable match , they led 3:0 and 4:1 , but our players gave them a fight untill the end to win it 5:4 in an amazing comeback.

With my team i won the my 9th championship in 9 seasons in Israel (6 in a raw in the top league),
As i said in my previous election topic , i dont look much at my team achivments in the game , i think in NT level , and more over when in most matches we come as underdogs , its different.

My goals:
Well , this season the goal will be first to continue the build up of our NT , it will be done by playing and testing some new young players (of course all the U21 players will be in the U21 NT , because its the U21 WCQ season and we will want them to do their best , so we wont take any player at age U21 to the seniors and the U21 NT will have a full support on this).
This is a friendly matches season in seniors , so we will try and make a calender of all kind of opponents to test our strengh , in all kind of ages (like U23 matches or U25 matches against teams which will want to play this way of course).

Connection with the community:
I hope more users will join our closed forum and will join NT topics , its very importent to have the community as much involved as possible.
As i wrote in the previous election topic:
I belive all the community are as assistents in the NT , sure there can / will be scouts , as gugi, Kolins, ozzy (who was short in time) who help in updating players , but everyone is welcomed to talk in our forum and say their mind on each game or any topic.
We have a great and warming community here and i like it a lot , even that its quite small , i think the smallest are the better ones since everyone knows everyone.. its very importent for the fun of users (which is why we all come here..) , and yes , a small community means less potentials pulled (especialy "ozzy pulls"....;-) , but a good NT can still be in small communities , like i said , with a strong local base as we have

My way of play:
You know there is no favorite way of play in my point of view.
I allways play what i think will suit the match the better , if its a high defence , a low defence , a winger , 2 wingers , 1 striker , 2 strikers , the only thing matter is the result (in the official matches) and the build up and tryouts (in the friendly matches)

If ill be elected then we will play in the Mini WC (or if someone else will be elected he can chose the same) which me and De Generaal are organaizing.
Its for all the NT's which didnt quilify for the WC , should be the best for us to face all kind of opponents and have a full calander (in the other spots we will play U23 , U24 or some other kinds of matches , but anyway we will play more youngsters and players which will lead us in the years to come..)

I think you did a very very good job this season and i am happy you want to keep your position as a NT coach, so my vote is definetly for you

And you are a chicken , you affraid to play against us with U23 (i think we will play U24 with maybe 1-2 25yr players anyway)
