Hii all , and its elections time again...
:-)

I was your NT coach in the last 3 seasons as you know , and now we are getting ready for next season WCQ.
:-)

First a little on me personaly as allways for the ones who dont know me here:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 26yr , work in design of magazins , banners , commercials and more of this stuff.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT and with Latvija NT in the last 3 seasons since i work from home.

Experience in the game:
Now i start my 11th season in sokker , i have been working in NT levels for almost all this time , 2 seasons as NT Israel assistent manager , 3 seasons as Israel NT manager (with 1 season of a brake in the middle) , and 3 seasons as Latvija NT manager as you know.


Some of the achviments from the last season:

Well , as you all know this last season was a friendly matches season for seniors and WCQ for our U21 , so my focus as well was for our U21 , which got my full support for all season long.
I helped Lauzejs as you know in all importent matches we had and we did some realy great results and just missed out the WC because of goal difference...

In seniors the goal was to continue the build up (yes , i know i say this all the time...) and to try and get some ranking points on the way , and we had some great result which i will write in a sec , but first i wanted to say that i feel realy great when i look at our NT sqaud for next season , this will be our NT base for many seasons to come , and from here and on our goal will be to keep this base runinng and training to the highest level (and many are trained by local managers which is great for the NT) and to adding in time some future potentials that will improve our NT , many of them as well are trained here in Latvija.

We have now one of the most youngest and promissing NT in sokker (if not the one...) , and we can be realy happy with that , now we need to keep it runinng and improve the sqaud in time with potentials that will join , as i said , many of them are trained here by local managers.

With my personal team i had a perfect season with only wins (14 in the league) and a double with winning the cup , so its my 10th championship in Israel , 7th in a row in the top league (and 3rd double)


The matches i liked most this season (there are many..:-)

- Latvija - Cymru 3:2
Huge win over a realy strong NT in the Mini WC
- Latvija - Hong Kong 6:1
Great tactical win here for us with supprising them and getting a great reasult
- Latvija - Makedonija 2:0
Another great tactical one , we closed them great on defence and did a great win
- Latvija - Magyarország 4:0
This was a match against their U22-23 , they are a realy strong side in sokker and we totaly outclassed them in this one closing them perfect and making our chances.
- Latvija - Norge 3:1
This was a U25 match for both of us , we did a fantastic game tacticly and in all aspects getting a great win (with almost 10 (!!!) rating points more to them....)
- Latvija - Moldova 6:1
Great result in a tight match when we outclassed them to show our great progress and future.


My goals:
Actualy i dont have much expections from this season WCQ , as our young NT will want to use this season to get ready for the next WCQ which will come 2 seasons from now , by that time our NT , with the great progress we are making , could fight for a place in the WC i belive (no matter who will be the coach by than).
I hope to get the full support of the U21 this season and have the U21 players who can help us in seniors and of course be a part of it for the future.
So this seasons the goal will be to see our young NT fighting and trying to do the best as allways , and maybe we can make some more supprises on the way...
One thing for sure , everyone are taking us seriously now and know the progress we did and the future we have , so we need to be ready for that as well..

Connection with the community:
As allways , i hope to see more interest in our NT topics before matches on our closed forum , there is clearly an interest by everyone here to help our NT and improve it for the future , and this is realy great , so thanks to everyone for that , i promiss you that Latvija NT will be a realy strong one in the future this way , so keep it up all , great job!!
We also did contests with prizes on our closed forum before some matches , and will do more this season , hope to see everyone taking part in it..

As i said in previous elections:
Everyone here is a part of Latvija NT and can assist in anyway he wants too , the community is realy importent in this game and in the will to make a strong NT.
I belive all the community are as assistents in the NT , sure there can / will be scouts , as gugi, Kolins, ozzy (who is still short in time...) who help in updating players , but everyone is welcomed to talk in our forum and say their mind on each game or any topic.
We have a great and warming community here and i like it a lot , even that its quite small , i think the smallest are the better ones since everyone knows everyone.. its very importent for the fun of users (which is why we all come here..) , and yes , a small community means less potentials pulled (especialy "ozzy pulls"....;-) , but a good and strong NT can still be in small communities , and thats what we are doing here..

My way of play:
You know there is no favorite way of play in my point of view.
I allways play what i think will suit the match the better , if its a high defence , a low defence , a winger , 2 wingers , 1 striker , 2 strikers , the only thing matter is the result (in the official matches) and the build up and tryouts (in the friendly matches).
This season we also tryed a new tactics , like 3 strikers , 6 defenders line and others , and now we are totaly unexpected to our opponents and we can play as we need and want too..
