Hii all , elections came again...
:-)

I was your NT coach in the last 4 seasons in which we built our NT and now we have a very young and promising NT which i hope and belive will be able to cause trouble in the next WCQ and try and be the black horse.
:-)

First a little on me personaly as allways for the ones who dont know me here:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 26yr , work in design of magazins , banners , commercials and more of this stuff.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT and with Latvija NT in the last 4 seasons since i work from home.


Experience in the game:
Im starting my 12th season in the game , im working in NT levels almost all this time , first i was for 2 seasons the assistent in Israel , than 3 seasons as the NT manager in Israel and since than the NT manager of Latvija - 4 seasons.
I also won in all this season the championship with my personal team , so its 12 champioships in a row (and 4 cups i think..)

My goals for this season:
Well , after the bad luck we had in this last season we will want to change this and continue to run with our young NT , giving more and more minutes to our future NT stars and getting ready for the next WCQ.
I plan us that we will play in the Mini WC which can be a test against all kinds of teams , in the rest of the season we will want to play some U22-24 matches to test our youngsters , and of course some regualr matches with no ages rules to test our full squad.
I will also help our U21 manager in the WCQ as last time and the U21 will get my full support in all needs.


Connection with the community:
I hope we will see more interst in our NT matches topics , ill try to make more pulls before matches , im realy realy happy with our community which helps the NT a lot in training our NT players and future NT , this is the most importent thing in having a strong NT in the future.

As i said in previous elections:
Everyone here is a part of Latvija NT and can assist in anyway he wants too , the community is realy importent in this game and in the will to make a strong NT.
I belive all the community are as assistents in the NT , sure there can / will be scouts , as gugi, Kolins, ozzy (who is still short in time!...) who help in updating players , but everyone is welcomed to talk in our forum and say their mind on each game or any topic , i hope more and more people will comment.
We have a great and warming community here and i like it a lot , even that its quite small , i think the smallest are the better ones since everyone knows everyone.. its very importent for the fun of users (which is why we all come here..) , and yes , a small community means less potentials pulled (especialy "ozzy pulls".... but this seasons his pulls was ok.. ;-) , but a good and strong NT can still be in small communities , and thats what we are doing here..

My way of play:
My best way of play is - do what will be the best to get the best result possible.
I think we played in all possible formations and styles during all this seasons , but from this season it will get more complicated as the height change will come and with more changes which we will need to check and see in the field how will they effect us and how can take addvantage with this changes.

First of all I want to say big thanks for all the great job you've done. It's impossible to list all of it but the most important things are:
NT database (i liked ozzy DB very much but in dominiciano a big plus is automatic update);
Players long term training - you encouraged our community to train latvian talents by local users;
Communication with local users - opening different topics for youth pulls and player updates;
Participating (organising) MINI WC for both seniors and U21.
Feel free to continue list, i'm sorry if something was missed :)

Tell me - you have been our coach for quite some time - how do you see our NT grow? When you came we had quite bad defense if I remember correctly - what has changed from that time on.

You know all of our best players. Can you say what are our strongest and weakest lines now and for next 2 seasons?

Would you done something differently this season? Any games you screwed up in tactics and if so then why?

How do you intend using player heights this season? Will you take them into account?

How do you see player tactical experience influencing future games?

- Well , i think we are growing realy well , and you are right , you know best how our defensive line looked like a few seasons ago , my first goal as i wrote back than was to build our defence , we improved in this aspect a lot since than (actualy right now its our strongest part...) and still improving , our defenders are still young and still training (which is very importent since they need to reach the highest levels) , many of them are trained in Latvija (which is very importent im my eyes , as i allways said that its very very importent to have a strong local base) , and the community helped in that a lot , in all the improvment of our NT and the build up - another thing i said at the start - the community is very importent if we want to build a strong NT and i know how much the users here are helping and training many local players for the NT.

- Our strongest part is defence right now , it will be our strongest for the next 2 seasons (and more) for sure , we are still missing power in the middle , we have young mids which will improve in the next seasons and help us a lot , like Leonitev , Krasnov , Kula and more youngsters at age U21 (with the mighty Zholtek the oldest..;-)
The reason for that is simple if you ask me - we almost didnt had mid trainers in Latvija in the last 3 seasons , now we have more and many of them are training many young mid potentials which will be importent for the NT in the future , so we are starting to be more balanced with the local training and it will make our NT balanced and more powerfull in the future - the strong local base.
About strikers , most of our strikers are young and improving (like Gibbits , Sprukts , Villa , Ozerov and Sandis and there are more young potentials) and we have the strikers which still training and are corrently holding our offence - Maigonis which is getting older but still training , and Kuvaldin.

- mmm.. the thing im sure in is that in every match we did the best we could , this season we didnt had even 0.1% luck , everything worked against us , starting with many many injuries at the start of the WCQ , than cards as allways , and in matches like the 2nd match against Bolivia , in first match we won 6:0 easily , in 2nd match we lost 3:1 when the both of us playing the same tactics , but this is sokker...
The only match i feel i would have changed tactic in was the first WCQ match against Portugal , they got a new manager and it was his first match so we couldnt predict how they will play + they are a top NT and it was bad. in the 2nd match we where ready , we played well , we closed them the best possible , they had 5 shots , we had 9 shots and played well , but they still won it (now go back the previous paragraph..;-)


- Of course. we still dont know how this changes will effect the ME , we will need to check this in this friendly season. we will need to check all kinds of formations with all kinds of players against all kinds on NT's , we will need to have a very deep sqaud to have all kinds of players heights to see what will be the best for us and see how this changes are realy effecting (if any..)
Tactical experience is importent to have the players in the spot you placed them in the tactic , in the new changes it should be more importent (and the experience too , defenders with experience can slow down strikers , we dont have experience defenders right now since they still young and the games in the NT will give them more experience and will help us in the future) , so right now i dont look at this when i make tactic , this is a weakness in a young NT as ours and it will improve in the future in time.
