Hi all,
I'm an italian boy, 28 years old, and I have played sokker for over 1 years with excellent results.
I like it very much and i love especially tactics and strategies.

I have developed many tactics and strategies for each opponet. My preferred are offensive tactics and I usually see many important macth( World Cup, Seria A ecc.) to steal the secrets of the best coaches of sokker.

I'm very active in my country's forum and I'm online every day.
Every season I organize an international friendly tournament too.

I would have two or three of you as scout or assistant to help me to settle quickly in your league and to know your players as quickly as possible.

I'll also be assisted by one or two italian coaches, friends of mine.
I'm sure we will do a fantastic job!

I hope you give me a chance to drive your NT highest possible!
I'm sure it deserves more than current place in the world ranking!

In your opinion what are the strong and weak links in Latvian NT?

How could you improve our NT?

You say you use offensive tactics - most of the time Latvian NT is weaker than opponent, so would it be wise to use offensive tactics or coach that is expert at offensive game?

Give me an example for tactics if our NT played against Chile NT. Make a drawing or something + tell in words why would you play exactly like that.

Isn't 1 year experience quite a bit too weak for NT? Because most of our managers in Latvia is more experienced than you. I hope you understand that you would really need to prove yourself as a natural strategic and a sokker superstar in this topic to get at least a chance in this.

Ok, I'm here....let's go....:D

1- I don't know very much your players, but if your NT play sometimes with 6 defender i can say that the strongest it isn't strike or midfield.;)

2- This is the best question.
I think to improve your NT first it's most important improve your comunity.
For example in this period in Sokker were introduced different new features. I think there isn't a post in your forum to explain all that and how they'll modify the game. In our forum have about 10 discussion about that and other have been closed XD. Or I didn't see a tutorial system ( i can be in wrong for that, but i' haven't seen it yet)
Than i can said 3 point to start to improve your comunity:

a- Introducing a tutorial system for the new user or for all those need help. This can reduce drastically learning time with the consequence that there will be much many good players and much more know-how.

b- Organizing the forum in a schematic and searchable way, making a full user guide for noobs( with advice about start well in sokker,ecc.ecc.) , opening post to keep the comunity up-to-date and much.
But this work have to be efficent, for this reason the expert user(tutor) mustn't only advise the new user but drive and push them reading forum. So you can get the new user used to forum.

c- Working with player training.
Decided the best strategies to growe up the players as well as possible for each links, and that can equilibrate benefits for NT(great player) and benefits for coach (economic ).

I know it's a long trip, but if you want bridge the gap with the biggest NTs or almost decrease it, you can not do without!


3- I meant i like offensive game, and when it could be possible i like use offensive tactics.
Obviously if Latvian NT play against Italy NT it will be a suicide playing with 3 strikers.
I said i use different tactics for each opponent too, but they aren't only offensive ;)

4- Talking about tactic against Chile, first I want examine their tactics.:)

5- I think it isn't important the time in absolute, but it's important its quality. This don't mean that there aren't coach better than me in Latvian , but maybe someone have made only match's tactis one times a weeks......someone don't have time or wish to do it......I have both!
I'm very active in my comunity and i learned from the best coaches of my contry.
I'm sure I have a good know-how and i can do an excelent job with structural changes -mentioned up- in your comunity( maybe in long time, but they are necessary for me).


I hope to have thawed some doubts about my candidacy....if you want master some point tell me ;)

And if you wont be able to win these elections, would you be interested in helping our NT anyways as an assistant, because as I see it - you have the willing to do it but you don't have much experience that is very much needed in this game. Only by making lots and lots of tactics and seeing them work you can understand the bigger picture and make tactics without faults. I was Latvian NT Coach for some time aswell and I know how it is when you are not 100% sure that this tactic will work as planed.

Jā, profilā man ir ierakstīts english, jo tur vienkārši nav tādas izvēles kā - latviešu!! Un latviešu forumā manuprāt es droši drīkstu rakstīt latviešu valodā. Ja tu vai kāds cits priekš tevis iztulkos arī šo mazo skricelējumu , tad tu būsi nopelnījis vēl vienu plusiņu par centību! ;D
