Ok guys,
there are last 2 days to vote for CT!

I have proposed at least 3 importants point to increase your community and your NT.

I have some other ideas to involve the player of minor league to parteciapte at community life.
One could be to convene only player of minor league for some easy friendly match, or only player U25 for example.
I'll open a public forum for NT, were anyone could participate without any subscription.
I'll write with someone of us (to translate in latviijan) a "Start Sokker Guide" to introduce the new coaches at Sokker, to avoid inexperience trivial errors and to steer them in the right direction.

If the WCQ goes wrong ( i hope it will be great for Latvija NT), to prepare at best the next national commitments i think it's important field the player that can be the futures of NT and not only mature players.
We must give more priority to growth up young players than looking at the result.
So we can improve even more quickly some talented players using extra training of NT maches. ;)

Now, i think that my program is complete and clear! I don't know what other candidates have proposed ( if they did!!), and I don't want konw.
I konw only that what i proposed to you and to your community are the best strategies of the TOP NTs.

There is much work to do, and I'm here to work!!

With yours help, with my commitment and with a great team spirit we can take away the fun and satisfaction!! Great satisfaction!!

I would to remember you that i need 2 or 3 of us as scout, assistent coach, translator ecc.ecc. in addition to working closely with the U21 CT!

ummm if you haven't noticed it yet- already've been done! If we will have even younger NT there will be no one to play for U-21.

Young player isn't only u21....but 22,23,24 yrs too....and I think that they can't play for U21 NT :)

and i think thats exactly what he said :) there is no point playing with 21y old players all the time :D and that was our base from star when Sponkie was NT couch, build NT on players which are mostly trained @ home and have a long term plan for them or by some trusted users :D
