As most of you know i was your NT coach in the last 5 seasons , i came here with one goal and mission - to build a strong NT for the future , and i can proudly say that we are achiving this goal and right now we have maybe the most young and promising NT in the game.
This will may probably be my last season as the NT manager as i belive that after the next season our NT will be strong enough and with great base and build up for many seasons to come (starting from the U21 in which lauzejs is doing a great job) and this means that my mission here was accomplished and its all thanks to all of you who contribute to the NT by investing in junior teams and training many local potentials for both U21 and seniors.

First a little on me personaly as allways for the ones who dont know me here:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 27yr , work in design of magazins , banners , commercials and more of this stuff.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT and with Latvija NT in the last 5 seasons since i work from home.
Experience in the game:
Im starting my 13th season in the game , im working in NT levels almost all this time , first i was for 2 seasons the assistent in Israel , than 3 seasons as the NT manager in Israel and since than the NT manager of Latvija - 5 seasons.
I also won in all this season the championship with my personal team , so its 13 champioships in a row (and 5 cups i think..)

Achivments this season:
We had a great season , our seniors made some great results against much better teams and of course our U21 made it to our first ever WC! well done lauzejs!
We also improved our rankings points by a lot , we corrently have a record of 1450+ points , corrently in place 52 , i think last season we where around the 70 place , but as you know i dont look much at this points and rankings at this stage since we need to have a strong NT and base for many seasons and than think about those rankings.
We also made to the 1/8 finals of the Mini WC in the first time in history.
Some of the matches i liked the most this season.
- Danmark - Latvija 3:3
U25 game (we played just 1 25yr , rest are U24 against there U25) we gave a great game against a much better NT , deserved to win it by they stole a draw , still a great result.
- Makedonija - Latvija 2:3
A match in the Mini WC , very tight opponent for us as they are slightly better i think , another great game by our players and a win in the 90th minute (we deserved to win it earlier..;-)
- Latvija - Ireland 1:0
A very tactical game against a better opponent , we closed them superbly as they had just 2 shots in the game and we scored the winning goal on the other end , great job by our players.
- South Africa - Latvija 1:2
Great win against a much better opponent , we tacticly outclassed them in this one and got a deserved win.
- Latvija - Ireland 5:0
This was a U24 match , started with 3 red cards (2 to them 1 for us) and a great result for us to win in such a big margin.
- Latvija - Australia 4:0
One of the best results we ever made , U25 game it was , a super game by everyone and great tactic desplay by us gave us another super win and showed our power for the future.
We also had some good matches against Island (loosing in penalties with bad luck in the 1/8 finals of the Mini WC) and the match last week against Spain , loosing just 1:0 in the 80th minute after a great preformence and closing them great.
Goals for the next season:
After the great season we had we will continue to run with our young NT in the WCQ , we still dont know our group , but anyway our chances wont be high to do something , we will just pray to get a much better draw than the last time and make some supprising results.
Also i will help the U21 as allways and as lauzejs will need in any way that i can , so its full support for the U21.
Of course we will continue to build the NT by giving more minutes to more young players , especialy in friendly matches as its their chance , also some players will join from the U21 (as they will be 22yr) , so we are getting better and better.
Connection with the community:
Obviously without the community there is no chance for our NT , the community is the reason why we are achiving our goals and why our NT looks like it is and has the future it has.
I hope we will see more interst in our NT matches topics , ill make more pulls before matches in the WCQ as this matches are importent and i think the community should have a hand in it.
Im realy realy happy with our community which helps the NT a lot in training our NT players and future NT , this is the most importent thing in having a strong NT in the future.

As i said in previous (previous and previous..;-) elections:
Everyone here is a part of Latvija NT and can assist in anyway he wants too , the community is realy importent in this game and in the will to make a strong NT.
I belive all the community are as assistents in the NT , sure there can / will be scouts , as gugi, Kolins, ozzy , lauzejs , xineon and more , who help in updating players , but everyone is welcomed to talk in our forum and say their mind on each game or any topic , i hope more and more people will comment.
We have a great and warming community here and i like it a lot , even that its quite small , i think the smallest are the better ones since everyone knows everyone.. its very importent for the fun of users in my eyes.

My way of play:
As i allways said and as you allways see , my best way of play is - do what will be the best to get the best result possible.
I think we played in all possible formations and styles during all this seasons that im here , this last season we got the height change and we saw the addvatage and dissadvantage with it , like how its harder for Rubenis which is tall when we play higher defence and how a taller striker can help us in crosses , and the best thing to do is decide about each game as it comes about how we will play and how the height will effect our tactic.
