Hii my friends again..

As most of you know i was your NT coach in the last 7 seasons , its a long time now.. :-)
Our NT continued to improve this season as we planned, we are coming to next season WCQ with our strongest team ever, yet it will still be hard for us to reach the WC, we need more depth in the squad in cases of bad form, injuries and cards and our depth is still young and improving, also our starters are not yet in the highest level, most of them at least, but i believe and hope that our first team will be healthy and in high form for this matches and hopfully we will be able to make some supprises..

I will want this season 1,2,3 managers that think they will want to manage the NT in the future to work close with me and i want to see more activity in our closed forum!

As allways , a little on me personaly for the ones who dont know me here:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 27yr , work in design of magazins , banners , commercials and more of this stuff.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT and with Latvija NT in the last 7 seasons since i work from home and as you know im prepring our NT for each game as it comes.


Experience in the game:
This will be my 15th season in the game , im working in NT levels almost all this time , first i was for 2 seasons the assistent in Israel , than 3 seasons as the NT manager in Israel and since than the NT manager of Latvija - 7 seasons.
I also won in all this season the championship with my personal team , so its 14 champioships in a row (and 5 cups i think..)

And thanks for the ones who voted for me in the "best manager in sokker" topic, i think im in the last 8 there, but as i wrote there, its mainly thanks to our community which made our NT look like it looks today and the improvments we did and allways doing (now around the 45th place in rankings and getting closer and closer in ranking points to the teams above which are hard to catch and are still stronger as many NT's we left behind...) , i think we rised aroud 30 places when we started, first time ever we will be in the 3rd pot in the WCQ thanks to that... but more importent is that we have better players and will have even better players in the future.. that how we build a legacy...)

This season we focused on giving minutes to some young players that will help the NT in the future and also all kinds of Usomething matches and tryed to get some more ranking points which we did, but we allways need to take in considaration that also our rivels around us are getting points from their matches, so its realy tight and hard to reach the top 40 which will take us closer to have a 2nd pot place in the future and thats should allways be the goal..
We made some good results like the 3:1 win on Russia, same result win on India, a draw against Canada 3:3 that without the reds would have been a win, win on Island 1:0, big win on Ecuador 6:1 which their rankings dosnt reflect their ability, and some matches that we had no luck in, like the draw against Azerbeijan and the lose to Costa Rica but it happends..

Goals for the next season:
We will pray to have a good WCQ group, a good group will mean for us a 2nd pot team that we can try and get points from and a 4th pot team that is around our level and maybe can also take points from the 2nd pot team, thats my ideal group by the way i see things, since if we will have a weaker team in pot 4 than it all will come to 2 matches that we will have against the 2nd pot team... well, on the other hand, i dont know what will be the best... lets hope it will just be the best....

Connection with the community:
As i say in every election and in every topic about the players we train for our NT and ill say again here , obviously without the community there is no chance for our NT , the community is the reason why we are achiving our goals and why our NT looks like it is and has the future it has.
I WANT TO SEE MORE ACTIVITY IN OUR CLOSED FORUM!! :-)
As i wrote in the start of this topic, i will also want 1-3 managers that want to manage the NT to work close with me and see how for example we are prepering the NT for the match (its not only shouting on the players...;-)

Again a great job by Lauzejs and by all our community, its a big achivment and another example to the progress and the super job by our community and of course Lauzejs.

You are very expert player....this is your 7 season how CT of Latvija.
As well, Have you seen the new qualifying group?What do you think about it?
How do you think to get the qualification for next WC? Why just this once?

What you are doing now here and in your topic (talking about spamming users with mails..) is obvious , so i suggest that you read the rules first...

But i will answer you this time so that the community will know or be reminded.

A) Latvija community needs to continue with what we started some seasons ago and that what we are still doing and hopfully with continue to do in the future no matter who will be the manager, thats how we will have a strong NT in the future , our topics in the closed forum are closed to the local community.

B) We have a hard group and the top 2 teams are way better than all the others, also Nippon is around our level and Ecuadoer is stronger on paper, we are the weakest team on pot 3 in this WCQ and our rankings are "overachiving" at the moment compare to our squad (on paper), still we wont make it easy for our opponents.
There is no NT with 12 seasons in the game that ranked higher or closer to us on rankings.
There is no NT that never made max 67 in ratings (if im not wrong) and ranked higher or closer to us on rankings.
There is no NT as far as i know that improved 30 or more places at time we did that and with what we have to work with.


C) There is no smart or not smart tactic, every tactic can work in some cases and compare to your opponent.. i made and tryed so many tactics and this numbers of 6, 5, 4, 3 or whatever means nothing, if you are a manager that thinks "i play 4 defenders this is my style and attacking football and i want to beat Spain 3:0!" than im not sure you will understand, this is not real football, and this is not Italy with superdivine players, a 6-2-2 or 6-3-1 or whatever numbers formation can be an attacking formation as 3-4-3 or whatever, this numbers means nothing, its all a question of how you setting the formation compared to your opponent, we are playing with what will suit the players we have and to what will suit us against our opponent at a given game.. there are matches that 6 defenders worked, there are matches that 5 defenders worked, 4 or 3, with a winger or without, high or low defence, high or low strikers, running higer defence, wing-supporter, def-mids, wingbacks or whatever, it dosnt matter what positions or styles, whats matter is the result and thats what we are allways looking at..

This formation in our last game was only a test as i said on our NT forum...

I want send a message to explain at the nubbies and other user that there is a NT, that is in their rigths vote for the CT and explain how they can vote! All here!!
This is the first step to involves they at the social life of the community.

Second, in Italy is not forbidden write or ask question to the other candidates! Maybe in Israel, in Italy not and here I didn't see a topic with National Rules.

I think that you afraid of something...is obvious...:P

About your answers i think that you didn't answer yet!

A) You can do just same exaples...i see that you advertising the topic just 2 days ago, and the forum who speek of Nt is closed...lol... the best think to involves all the community! :D

B)Ok the valuation of opponent, but the other questions? I don't ask what result you have had, but "How do you think to get the qualification for next WC? Why just this once?

C) Response of fact ... you are not entered into the matter of the question!

Ok the numbers don't mean nothing, maybe....but sokker how you said "is not a real life!", infact is an algorithm based on the numeber!
However each player have own philosofy of playing. Who like some tactics, who like some other...I wanted that you explain yours!
