First i'm not talking about spamming in my topic! I oon't know if is too difficult to understand!!
This the famous rule:
Please do NOT spam forums, SK-mail people directly for votes, or spam users Guest Books. Any of these spam activities will result in forum banning and/or a financial fine.
Is wrote " for votes"!! So is spam something like that:
Vote for me!
At the election vote filippazzo!
etc etc.
I want send a message to explain at the nubbies and other user that there is a NT, that is in their rigths vote for the CT and explain how they can vote! All here!!
This is the first step to involves they at the social life of the community.
Second, in Italy is not forbidden write or ask question to the other candidates! Maybe in Israel, in Italy not and here I didn't see a topic with National Rules.
I think that you afraid of something...is obvious...:P
About your answers i think that you didn't answer yet!
A) You can do just same exaples...i see that you advertising the topic just 2 days ago, and the forum who speek of Nt is closed...lol... the best think to involves all the community! :D
B)Ok the valuation of opponent, but the other questions? I don't ask what result you have had, but "How do you think to get the qualification for next WC? Why just this once?
C) Response of fact ... you are not entered into the matter of the question!
Ok the numbers don't mean nothing, maybe....but sokker how you said "is not a real life!", infact is an algorithm based on the numeber!
However each player have own philosofy of playing. Who like some tactics, who like some other...I wanted that you explain yours!

Cmoon man, thats just sily... why should it be open? so everyone could see our player skills? if some of users wants to be active they just may ask something. also we are working on translation in to Latvian leanguage now so we ARE thinking of involving more users from Latvia to this game...

Mate, i have been here for a long time now and built this NT with this great community which i doubt if there is an other community like this one in this game , jumping here for elections every WCQ season (i dont remember you run for elections at friendly matches season, why is that? friendly dosnt count for you? you want the "real" season even that you have no idea who are the players we have and never been on the NT levels?..) and saying "make a change" is silly just as what you wrote about sending mails, the ones who want to know about the NT are joining our closed forum as they also are looking in this forum (and its not the first time it was published btw..), your intentions are clear here and you wont make me go for it, sorry.
This is my final season here and also after me this NT will need a serious candidate (i would prefer a local one as i said not once) to take over and enjoy what we built here and continue with our way and allways think about the future of this NT as the community is small and there is allways a need to think all the time about the future to maintain a strong NT all the time.
I dont know if its writen in the rules of sokker, i do remember there is something about it, and beyond writen rules, there are some ethical rules, trying to "harm" the other candidate by posting in his topic and asking him questions just to try and "catch" him as the intentions are clear is unethical and im sure the community here also think this way so its just harming you, if you want to say something than write it in your topic and talk about yourself and why you think you can win the WC with Latvija or whatever you plan to do, dont talk about your candidate..
And just to make it clear if you didnt understand, my philosophy is simple - do what it takes to get the best result possible and it dosnt matter how many defenders, mids, strikers, wingers, wingbacks, def-mids or whatever we need to use...

The problems is that we have about 25 active users, others just come and go ...
Those who like SK will join the community after some time

Im sure that when the translation of sokker for Latvijan will be up and running it will help for more users to come. but we will need to make a plan with Lauzejs about how we can keep them here.
The best way to do that will be to open a topic and ask an Admin which is responsible for the community if he can post here every new user that he accepted, this way we can contact the new user and send him a welcome mail like: "welcome to sk, i addvice you to look at X Y Z first and get to know your team, feel free to ask questions on our forum here X or ask me on skmail" (or course it will be writen more serious..), thats the best way to keep users in the game, its like the tutor option in FM..

you are talking now about ethical because of some questions in a game....I'm sorry for that....this is very silly!
I think the same about the community( although i don't know it as well as you) and I never questioned this.
In Italy every election there are a debate between the candidatetes to highlight the differences of electoral program and different ways of thinking .
If for you it is unethical, i want to say you that this is the heart of each democratic election. The debate between the candidates. I'm not saying Sharoni is bad, Sharoni betray is wife or other low blows! I'm looking for a healthy and fair debate about the management of Latvija NT.
It's sure that if I'm running as CT is groped for being elected and not only to be a spare partner.
If you want post some questions in my topic you are welcom....i will not cry a scandal!
At the start of last season i was on vocation, so that I couldn't take responsibility for leading a NT. I think too that was better to have one season of friendly matches to fit into Latvjia community, to know player etc etc....will mean that we roll up our sleeves so that this happens as soon as possible.
But if you think my behavior is uncorrect....i will not write in your topic...but i think that this community is missing a growht opportunity.

Mate, it is against the rules of the game (also a former mod told me), so i suggest you stop writing here and delete your messages which their intentions are clear to all.
In a democratic system the candidates arent entering their opponent party and starting to ask him questions with clear intentions, right? so its the same here.
I didnt see any examples how you will help Latvija and how you will do better and how you will handle it tacticly and how your club experience with no NT level experience will help this NT in the WCQ and how you will take care for this NT and how much you will care about its future and wont "come and go"... all you are doing is just spamming here in my topic against the rules..
First match in the WCQ will be the first match after elections, you know nothing about our players and skills, i doubt you ever saw a match of our NT beside of looking at the reports and counting how many defs or mids we used...

If it makes you feel better from now on I will use "silly".
As for NT forum- it's for every Latvian manager(of course Sharoni too) to see how our players develop, to see how one of the best Sokker managers makes tactics (and teach some things to us too!), etc....

This tutor system was implimated in Israel about 10 seasons ago.... you or i didnt invent it...
