Just a reminder, this will be my final season here.
I will want a local manager to take over what we built here and continue with that, our base is already running and young stars and potentials are joining the squad all the time, the next manager will get our best ever team and a strong NT for the future.

I invite you again to join our NT forum for our NT discusions and our Tactical lessons topic to learn and know more about the game and if someone will want to be the next manager than write it there and we will work close during this season.

Dont throw away what we built here for so long time , lets do it the best way for our NT.

We will know the next coaches in a couple hours. It's sad that you are retiring but I understand that you need some changes and I hope there will be good replacement for NT after you.

Like i told you, i have one goal in this game - to take Latvija to the WC.
I dont know if it will be in this tenure or someday in the future but it will happen , ok , i guess everyone on the global thinks i should manage a top NT but for me taking Latvija to the WC means a lot more than winning the WC twice... and seeing the progress and the build up of this NT which we all did is a great feeling..
