Hii my friends again..
After the poll in our NT forum about staying or leaving i decided to stay as there is no local manager who wants to take over.
As most of you know i was your NT coach in the last 8 seasons.
We had maybe our best ever season in the game this season, finishing 3rd in our WCQ group behind two of the top teams in the game - Spain and Suomi.
We gave them a fight until the end, took a point from Suomi, played 2 great matches against Spain that could easily finish in a different result, beat a stronger Ecuador side twice, beat Nippon twice with no problems and showing our potential and improvment in every game.
We had the youngest team in the group (beside weak Nicaragua), our squad age is still young for seniors NT and all are still training..
Our last match against Nippon shows the potential and improvment the best - our first ever +70 mark..
Our defence is solid, missing secondery skills, but we have some young and improving defenders + our base and strong defenders.
In midfield we are improving a lot and starting to develop a better depth in this position with young mids that are getting better and better and our first lineup mids improving well, i took it on myself to train some importent mids that we couldnt afford to lose.
On offence its becoming a lot better as well, strikers are starting to reach high levels and depth is good in this position, so with a little more improvment strong strikers will give us a big addvantage in matches.

A little on me personaly for the ones who dont know me here:
My name is Sharon , im from Israel , im 28yr (in two weeks time..;-), work in design of magazins , banners , commercials, internet marketing and more of this stuff.
I have enough free time to run the NT as i did before with Israel NT and with Latvija NT in the last 8 seasons since i work from home and as you know im prepring our NT for each game as it comes.
Experience in the game:
This will be my 16th season in the game , im working in NT levels almost all this time , first i was for 2 seasons the assistent in Israel , than 3 seasons as the NT manager in Israel and since than the NT manager of Latvija - 8 seasons.
I was voted on the international forum as one of the top 4 managers in sokker.
With my team i won 14 championships and i think 5 cups, lost the championship for the first time last season as i didnt gave any effort with my team games and dedicated my team (as you can see in the new team name..;-) to train players that we cant lose and must train, like Krasnov, Kula, Ritvalds and some younger ones like Zigi, Alviks and Bumburs and more in the future.

Suomi - Latvija 1:1
Sverige - Latvija 1:2
Latvija - Nippon 6:1
Goals for the next season:
We will play in the Mini WC that will be stronger than ever with teams like Czech, France, Peru, Bulgaria and more realy strong teams that didnt make it to the WC (Czech Republic are the silver medal winners in the previous WC..)
Our goal will be to use this season to play all kind of matches of Ux to give a chance and minutes to more young players and potentials and using our first squad to test our power in the Mini WC.
We will also try to improve as much as we can our ranking that is corrently our highest ever at 44 and realy close to teams ahead of us.

Connection with the community:
As i say in every election and in every topic about the players we train for our NT and ill say again here , obviously without the community there is no chance for our NT , the community is the reason why we are achiving our goals and why our NT looks like it is and has the future it has.
I WANT TO SEE MORE ACTIVITY IN OUR CLOSED FORUM!!
And will be happy to have at least one user that want to take over the NT in the future to work closer with me or you want me to stay forever?
