Subject: Thank You Latvija

I will try to make it not too long to read as my elections speeches because no one will read it if it will be long..
;-)

So as most of your know this was my last season as your NT manager (at least for this period of time..), i really feel our NT needs a change in order to change the energies and the luck - the most important thing in this game.

It's been a great 12 seasons (i think it's 12, or 10, or something like that - more than 3 years in real life anyway..:-), and all the progress we did and the future we have here is thanks to all of you and your commitment to training local NT players and future potentials, without it our NT would never had a chance to be even closer to what we have here and will have when the local prospects will be ready.

If i'm not wrong than about every active user in our community trains at least 1 player for the NT, most are training a lot more than that and this will be the base for the future of this NT (and your own teams) so you must keep up with it!.

On one hand i'm a bit sad because i really wanted to take Latvija to the WC and i know did my best for it - but my best wasn't enough, on the other hand i'm really happy, because as the "veteran" users here know, when i came here i told you that my goal is to make this NT stronger and build a base for the future, and we did that, and still doing, and who will make the tactics is really not important, whats important is who will train the players and that's all of you (and me).

So thanks to all of you, thanks for giving me the credit to be your NT manager for so much time, i enjoyed being your manager (yeah, even when i got angry in some matches as you know..;-) and i know that i wont see a community like the Latvijan community no where, you are the best!

And thanks for all the players, the spirit this players have is another thing you wont see anywhere, they always played beyond their real skills, they always kept on fighting until the end, even in matches we lost, and it's not their fault when we miss chance after chance.

I will still be as active as now and i will still do my best to the the NT, just from a different "status".

It gives me also a great joy to see that you are still loyal to our NT and Latvian community. More so that you are enjoying being here and helping big time in development of our NT and players.

Thanks God you are finally leaving! Of course our NT will suffer a little because I doubt there is a manager with such a great tactical skills, communication abilities and knowledge in overall. But hey, no worries! I'm happy because of you! You will have a new life from now on :) You will have a time to go outside and take a deep breath. You will have no longer to spend many many hours for making tactics, players scouting and posting those boring long posts in Latvija Association!
Please take this as a bad joke. I'm really sad to see you leaving. You were deeply devoted to your job and I believe everything you are doing in your life comes from your heart. I will not list one more time all the job you have done because everyone knows here how much you did. Thank you and I will be glad to see you here at any time.
But I must warn you. You will be really missing the magic button 'NT'. You will feel that something is taken away from your heart. And there is only one way to avoid this terrible feeling. Don't leave!

P.S. Create a proper thread ([NT] username) and apply for NT elections so I can give you a vote.

Naa, i really think we need a refresh here to change the energies, and you know who i think should be the one who should be the next manager and i really hope he will..

I personally not sure if i will take a brake or maybe try a big NT, will see, but you will have to approve my application to the Latvija Association forum next season...

We will have to exclude you from NT association in case you will run another NT. Too much information for opponents, you know :)

Hard to remember the time when you weren't NT couch, so much time spent to make our NT what it is now. Incredible work and it will be hard for the next couch to continue ... and kind of strange after all this time ...

Yeah, i feel the same, but you know, nothing lasts for ever (even cold November Rain..;-), but i'm still here and like i said, just a different "status" to change our energies and luck..

Thank you gugi for training players and potentials for the NT, i will still keep track on that so you better continue with the same as now..

Thanks for all you've done in these seasons! I think there is no other coach as you- spending so much time for this, also not counting money when it comes to NT players... And of course big thanks for helping me at the start of this season... it'd have been much more difficult without your help :)
