Subject: [NT] Supercel7

Hi to all! I'm Supercel7, the actual Ct of italy U21!
In the past I've also been for 2 season the Ct of Singapore (I reached the 1/8 of finals in the mini WC) and I've been MID scout for the Italy of Mr.Sponkie and ATT scout for Rossiya.
During my last experience with Italy I reached the 1/4 of finals losing at the last penalty (damn..I'm still dreaming that match ^^) against Romania and I won, winning all the matches, the worst group of the WC (there were Romania, Chile and Germany). During these two seasons I've never lost a match with Italy U21 (except for the 1/4 of finals lost at penalties with Romania).
With my club team I play in the italian third division.

After this great experience I was thinking about taking a break..but after reading in the forum: The Official NT Managers Federation that you're looking for a coach, I decided to try to apply to these election! It would be an honour for me to try to reach something important with Latvija!

About the staff, if I'll get elected I'd like to call with me some of the guys that helped me during the last 2 seasons with Italy U21 and someone of you, maybe as Vice-Ct, to help me in this new adventure!

I think that even if there are few user compared to the ones of Italy..you have really a good team! This is all thanks to you and Sharoni, the previous coach that made a fantastic job leading the NT!
70 points of average mark is really something! If I'll get elected my goal would obviously be qualifying to the World Cup!
About tactics I've really a lot of things in mind!! :) Some I've already used during my experience with Italy U21..others are still concept cause the players were too young to be adopted! By the way I decided to apply to this new adventure cause I missed a challenge like this! With Italy U21 I was used to spend hours and hours studying our opponents but almost always we were the favourite team! Now I'd sometimes have to face stronger opponents and our winning success will depend only on tactic! This sound like an amazing challenge to me..I can't wait to start working on the tactic editor :)
However I like playing with 5 and 4 defs (a not static def line that make pressing or go backward when we're attacking)..but the thing I love is playing with 3 ATTs (in NT..with my club I can't dammit ^^).
A tatctic that I can't wait to try is the one with the double wing..I tryed only once in NT against Rossiya..and even if we won I have to say that the wings were still too young for an experiment like this! I got better results with my club!

Will you participate in MINI WC if it will be organized? What will be your strategy for arranging friendlies - weaker opponents for not losing rankings or stronger opponents to understand real performance of NT Latvia?

In the past I've already took part to Mini WC with Singapore, and I liked it really much! So if it will get organized and if I'll get elected I was thinking about inscribing Latvija to this competition!
About the friendly: I'd like to fix a couple of match against weaker opponents (in the first match for sure cause I need at least a week to study tactics and players) and stronger aswell (as you said to test our strenght looking forward to the quaifications). In the others I'd like to play with teams equal to us (around 70 average points)! I'd like also to play some of these matches with an U25 selection cause they will be our stars during the qualification and, crossing my fingers, the world cup!

I just saw in international that Sharoni already inscribed Latvija to the mini WC :) Now it's official :) Latvija it's gonna partecipate for sure!!!!!

About the Staff right now I've recruited:
- Ale70, my tactical advisor in the last 2 season for Italy U21 and Ct of Singapore U21 during the last season and, if reelected of course, the next one! He is one of the greatest user I know in Sokker and real life (we live in the same city)..so I'm really glad he'll be with me in this adventure :)
He'll be my Vice-Ct and tactical advisor!

- Decima, a friend here in Sokker, we played 3 seasons against each other! A great manager and a great defender trainer! He'll be our Scout DEF!

Usually coach of NT Latvia isn't overloaded by doing job alone. We don't have so many players to observe and in seniors changes are slower compared to U21. But any help is appreciated of course.

Honestly, we don't believe here in bringing stuff.
I worked here toghter with the community with no outside help and this is why we are ranked where we are at the moment (no other NT with this number of users and this number of seasons in the game is even close to us...) and the future is even brighter.

It's not Italy, it's is Latvija, our community is small and everyone knows everyone, we know every player here, we keep almost every potential trained here, the U21 and the seniors NT's are working toghter since the start, we have a system and that's the power of this community and NT.

We don't have the best players in the world, we have no triple divine striker, we have no mids with brlliant defence (actualy not even close to that..), all our defenders have low secondery skills and they like to send balls to the stands and usualy we miss 4-5 of our best players because of injuries or cards.. But, we have a spirit and a way we started a while ago and we want to continue this way - the way of keeping the community involved in the NT - brining assistents or scouts or whatever will only make a distance between our community and the NT and i (and i'm sure all of the community) don't really like it.. it's maybe good for a big community, but for us it's wrong.

Don't get me wrong or something, i'm sure you can do well with the NT if you have some luck that we missed for a while, and this way of "stuff" can be good in some other sk nations (bigger ones) but not here, this NT belongs to the community and you need to work with the community, not with outside stuff (with all respect to this guys you want to bring, we have here users who can assist you with their knowledge in the game, and trust me, they know more than you might think..)

You're absolutly right :) When I was the Ct of Singapore I made all the job on my own and it was fine!
About the distance with the community don't worry, since I started working with National Teams my main goal was working with the community and involve them in the Nt, finding friends among the owners of the players and beeing in touch with them! Maybe you think that in Italy is easier since there are a lot of users..instead is more difficult cause about the 1% is interested in Nt! With my staff I think we made a good work, creating competitions, promoting and discussing the matches in different ways compared to the previous coaches! I'd like to introduce some of these things also here in Latvija!
So I'll not recruit staff, maybe only Ale70!
