I would like to give some clarification on my ideas of tactical Sokker.
I am very careful study of the opponent, his tactical changes and movements that make his players on the field. I look and about the games to try to put into practice the best tactic that could undermine the opponent.
The games I want to win, try to never play the tie. In my opinion, it is better to lose with more goals, but trying to play the game, that lose 1 to 0 but never playing in attack.
Do not use a basic tactic, I adapt very opponent and I always try to find solutions to beat.
To say now that I play with 4 or 5 defenders, 2 or 3 forward does not make sense. I will look from game to game on what is best to bring home the victory!
This team can give more than they gave up now, and I hope that together with my staff we can bring something new.
Give Latvija the opportunity to grow with me! ;)

What could/would you do better then the previous coach? Or what mistakes did he do in your opinion?

P.S not sure if the best logo maker :P haven't seen any work lately, so the same category as great ex-logo makers :D

in Sokker I've always a team with an average not too high, but the victories against teams with higher values​​, were many. This should already know some things about it. I'm not the typical trainer who puts the top 11, I like to add players that reflect the game that I plan to do in every game, different from match to match! You will realize that I never used the same tactic, as has happened in my group;)

-Observe the movements of your opponent! how many spaces they create and where you create, study the tactics of the opponent, find the weaknesses and create your own game starting from precisely those weaknesses (the weaker defender, the defense is too high, the midfield too tight)
-I usually use the wing! is the most effective, faster and less risky to get in the opponent's area
In summary the most important thing for me is the study of opponent!

What is wrong in the previous coach?
- Low defense
- Wide midfield
- Attack: minimum 2

good luck in your UNI exams, mate, but as u are elected as a U21 main coach u need to find a time for sokker, as our community has shown u the honor to lead our team for this season :):)

as a candidate u took all the responsibility for our team so i hope that after exams u will be back as full time permanent coach with ideas. tactic and new victories for this season.

No offense at all just to remind u that u are the boss this season and u need to guide as towards progression and need to inform about all changes and news connected with team.
