On cold and snowy days, at least in Europe, we've been introducing scripts with modifications and fixes completed in the past months.
Modifications on this version:
- The ability to set a second tactic on the lineup page and the possibility to change it using any condition in the match orders.
- Sticky topics on forum.
- A new "events" section on the league page which summarizes the events of teams in that division (e.g. transfers). There will also appear on every club page which show the events in that club.
- The amount of conditional orders have been increased.
- The charge for setting a minimum starting bid on listing a player to the Transfer List is now reduced from 4% to 2.5%, but the tax upon selling the player has been increased from 4% to 5%. We hope more users will use that option to set higher, and safer, minimum starting bids.
- Internal scripts have been rebuilt, little bugs fixed and tweaks (like in associations; possibility to moderate by editors, but also currency problems with minimum starting bid prices etc)
- Plus payments page rebuilt.
- Player and trainer transfer reminders. (currently on email and as notification)
- Possibility of translations added on various pages where there was previously the English language with a dot by it. (translation in progress)
With this new version, admins can now withdraw transfers. This option will be used only in reasonable situations, like during server breakdowns, where few transfers were executed without a bid war (but not during slow server work when most transfers were executed normally), so don't expect that your transfer will be canceled, just because you think the price is too low :)
To be sure of getting the right price, set your player with a reasonable minimum starting bid.
What do you think guys? For me it's like falling again in love with this game..I've waited for the double tactic since I started playing!! :)

Won't use two tactics per match for at least one season. Well, maybe in friendlies can try. But not in important matches before all the bugs will be fixed.

I think that, if we should change tactics for the moment, we must move from tactics to present a completely different, too defensive or too offensive to be able to better understand the behavior of players in a tactical change so drastically...

Iztulkoju ar dažām neskaidrībām.
Pirmkārt, īsti nezināju kā tulkot 'Sticky topic'. Te varbūt ozzijs kā web lapu izstrādātājs var priekšā pateikt?
Otrkārt, tagad vairs nav skaidrs par aģentu procentiem no darījumiem. Vai uzstādot sākuma cenu un pārdodot spēlētāju, tiks samaksāts aģentam tikpat, cik liekot 1Ls sākuma cenu, pie nosacījuma ka pārdots pa vienādu summu?
Treškārt, nezināju, kas ir editori asociācijās, tur asociācijas īpašnieks var deleģēt konkrētiem lietotājiem privilēģijas, tipa lietotāju grupas un viena no tām saucas EDITOR?
Aukstajās un sniegainajās Eiropas dienās mēs esam realizējuši izmaiņas un labojumus, kas tika pabeigti pēdējo mēnešu laikā.
Šīs versijas izmaiņas:
- Iespēja sastāva veidošanā uz spēli uzstādīt otru taktiku un pārslēgties uz to, mača norādēs izmantojot attiecīgos nosacījumus.
- 'Pielīmētās tēmas' forumā.
- Līgas lapā jauna sadaļa 'notikumi', kur tiek attēloti visi attiecīgās grupas komandu notikumi (piemēram, veiktie darījumi). Tie tiks attēloti arī katra kluba lapā, kur parādīsies notikumi par konkrēto klubu.
- Individuālo norādījumu skaits ir palielināts.
- Sākuma cenas procentu likme, kas jāmaksā par tirgū izlikto spēlētāju, ir samazināta no 4% uz 2.5%. Taču no 4% uz 5% ir palielināta pārdošanas procentu likme, kas tiek iekasēta no spēlētāja pārdošanas cenas. Mēs ceram, ka ar šīm izmaiņām vairāk lietotāju izmantos iespēju uzstādīt augstākas un līdz ar to, drošākas, sākuma cenas.
- Ir pārveidoti kodola skripti, novērstas mazas kļūdiņas un veikti uzlabojumi (kā piemēram, asociācijas var moderēt redaktori, kā arī valūtas problēmas pie sākuma cenas uzstādīšanas, u.c.).
- Pārveidota PLUS maksājumu lapa.
- Realizēti spēlētāju un treneru tirgus darījumu atgādinājumi (patreiz gan kā e-pasts, gan kā atgādinājums).
- Vairākās lapās realizēta iespēja iztulkot tekstus, kas iepriekš bija angļu valodā ar punktu pirms teksta (tulkojums ir procesā).
Līdz ar jauno versiju, spēles administratori var atcelt tirgus darījumus. Šī iespēja tiks izmantota tikai saprātīgās situācijās, kā piemēram, servera bojājuma gadījumā, kad daži darījumi tika veikti bez pārsolīšanas (bet ne gadījumos, kad serveris ir lēns un lielākā daļa darījumu ir veikti korekti). Tātad nevajag rēķināties ar to, ka darījums tiks atcelts tikai tāpēc, ka tev šķiet, ka pārdošanas cena bija pārāk zema :)
Lai būtu drošs, ka spēlētājs tiks pārdots par atbilstošu cenu, tam ir jāuzstāda saprātīga sākuma cena.

How much money do I lose when selling a player for let's say 1 000 000 $? Let's compare a difference between starting bid 1 $ and 500 000 $. Will there be different income from transfer?

I want to talk about this one. Do you feel the game has change to better now that you taste the new improvements? what about the engine, pace and passing are affected and also the technique, how do you think is your players performance now?
and lets talk about the stadium, we got better pitchs to performed a better play or just an excuse to pay more in maintenance? Unfortunelly, the NT grounds are the worst and we (coaches) can´t do anything for the moment

When I was looking at the highest division stadiums in Latvia I noticed that only one manager changed pitch type. I didn't change it because I thought there will be bugs and they should fix them before doing any investments. But after a draw in the last game having better ratings I think it is time to lay divine grass :) NT stadium is a funny thing. No seats, no ticket prices, not available to change pitch type. It turns out that it is highly recommended to recall players from NT because of the low pitch condition more injuries will happen.

yes, players injury in NT matches is more possible now so it´s a hight risk, I think the NT´s should use the manager´s stadiums
National Teams Stadium Selection and Engine Improvement
Since today the national coaches can select any club stadium where the national team will play their home matches. The choice of stadium for the match after selected cannot be cancelled. We are also planning for the World Cup to be played in stadiums of one country, so it would be like one country organised the World Cup, such as in real life. There also might be a small reward for the team on which the stadium match was played. Currently, there are many national stadiums which have weak condition already, so we have decided to swap the scripts. National teams will now get stadiums which have a capacity of 60 000 and with Angel Grass, so the pitch conditions should be close to 100% most of the time.
With this script modification you can also now access and select different shirt types, both plus users for their own clubs and national coaches for national teams.
There has also been further engine tuning;
- Players are now, comparing to first tuned engine version, quicker
- Two bugs have been fixed related with launch and run existing in engine since it was implemented; the players thought they run on full speed even when they were standing, so they launched the ball too far and in situations they would be slower than opponent. It still may happen that they launch too far, but good players should launch more correctly
- Engine selects the stadium that the home National match was chosen to be played in by National Coach
- The supporters mood and expectations were adjusted to expect average goals that teams score with the current match engine
