Hi
I'm Don Sal , Italian manager and are written since 2007.
My motto is PASSION and PROFESSIONALISM
In my career I have earned 4 promotions, now playing in one of the most powerful and difficult Italian Serie C !
I was coach of the Under-21 Belarus in the last two years in which young players, thanks to the work of my staff, have reached a good maturity.Belarus U21
I was Vice-Coach Under 21 Italian guided by CT Supercell and for two months I have been scouting -defenders for the National Senior Italian .
I would love to bring my experience and enthusiasm in a nation that has excellent growth prospects and ample room for improvement.
My goal is to improve the current position of the International rank and develop young players to be ready for the WC qualifiers between two seasons!!
Hoping to reach this important goal a greeting to the whole Latvian community!!
I hope that some Latvian User wants to become part of my staff because I consider it essential to continued cooperation and continuous exchange of ideas.
This collaboration leads to better management of the training of players for the better development of their potential!!

The problem with Belarus is that users are not very active.
Few coaches, very few schools youth, updates very often!
THE human material is very poor.
Despite this we have tried to fill a gap often too large by using different tactics and studying your opponent
If you look at my games with teams of similar rating has played well and "almost" equal.
The work was done in rearranging a nonexistent database and search for new talent to develop and ripen.
We have always sought a continuous contact with the active user but often their response was not positive.
The efforts made by me and my staff has always been high and constant, but unfortunately without an adequate and continuous training players can not improve.
The problem with Belarus is that users are not very active.
Few coaches, very few schools youth, updates very often!

I leave Belarus under 21 just for the reasons stated above!
After two seasons after doing everything possible to advance the Belarusian young players I'm ready to make a most important and most challenging.
I have a great enthusiasm and passion for this game!
In Italy I play in a Series C very difficult and competitive.
I manage in my team excellent players and I have a special focus on national players, I've had more than 10 national players
The tactical aspect for me is very important and are always abreast of new changes and current trends in the game

create, for managers Latvian, a topic market where are suggest players most useful and strong for the national team.

I think it is important to understand the characteristics of the opponent to hit his weak points, all this without altering our game idea.
Speaking with my friend Coach Supercell and looking some matches I realized that in fact the Latvian players can be used effectively with different tactics and game systems.
I have often used,last season, the defense low with elastic and know very well the mechanisms of 5-3-2 with or without wings.
When I was Vice-coach, in Italy, we have developed with Coach Supercell an effective 4-3-3.
All this must be related to changes effetuate yesterday to the game engine.
At first glance I think that increasing the phrasing, it will be very important phase of the game in midfield to free up the striker that must be in motion and by increasing the crossings.
Must pay close attention to the line of defenders because the strikers now they don't bump up against the marker but, sometimes, they pass the ball putting the defensive movement out of play.
Will really be a big challenge this season, which starts with the changes to the game

I am coach of Belarus Under-21 are not the coach of the National Senior.
Anyway as I said in the post above the Latvian players, especially in midfield, are very eclectic and above all have a median age that can look to the future with great hope.
I think now the game is in favor of the Latvian national who has excellent players like goalkeeper Brezents Oto, midfielder Stanislav Leontiev and striker Sandis Berzins, tomorrow will be even more if you can take full advantage of each individual player through a meticulous study of the tactical game!!

I open my first speech apologizing to those who voted for me and then saying I'm honored to be received three votes by Members Latvians.
I withdraw my candidacy because I decided to run for too late and perhaps the community could not know me well.
I know that the battle against my opponents very strong and prepared, would be uncertain and lasts until the end and then I gave in to the demands of users of another country that I have applied for this job.
Latvia is a country that I love and its national team is a team with great potential, I hope, maybe next season, to be able to crown this dream!
