from what I see, the results are the motivation.

In all my seasons as coach in the diferents Nt´s I try to involved the community to be more participative in the forums. I listen their opinions in how we should play against any rival, how to train a player, in wich position should play, what to do with a young, how is gonna be the result in any game etc...

I like to try a project that involves the train of young players with high potential to be NT in the future so this can be motivator to the community and the NT. In venezuela when I created this program was hightly adictive for a couple of seasons so I can try here to get more particpation in the forums

Lat question was about Latvian NT, which is the weakest link in your opinion right now ...

well, it´s allways hard to watch the players without the skills and say "Mmmm this is good, this is not too good" but you can have an idea just watching their value and wage.

So, according to this couple of factors and including the age I would say the weakest line I think is the defense. Seems to have a good set of defenders but the question is: are they complete defenders? Not just defense and pace but technique, PM and passing is required to have a world class defensive line.

The midfield also looks like it needs a relief soon, Kula and leo are the players that I remember of the first steps of sharon here but the NT haves some players that seems to be in pretty good levels to have various options.

the strikers in the past was the main headache of sharon, at least I think that. I dont know if any of the striker are triple divine but if they dont, they should be close.

one of my objetives if I would elected is to try to motivate the continue training of the relief generation. I think this is the gold age of latvija and my idea is to keep the hight level of the NT as much time as is possible. The players should be train as complete as their can for the NT success and of course individual club success

Im setting the friendlys right away and Im trying to be balanced between strong opponents and accesible ones.

Hi fellows

a new season will start, qualifications this time. I like to run again in Latvia.

About the friendly season, I have to say that It wasnt the best, the ME change a lot, didnt helped and not for the best in my opinion. It took me a while to adapt with the team and to solve some results. I tried a good number of tactics trying to not be so depend with the common 532 that mostly of the NT´s use the season maybe because was the easiest choise.
The ME continue change during the season and we found some ways to play, but even that I didnt like too much, I think the ME has a lot of errors yet but seems to we have to still adapting to a crap ME.

One of my priorities was to give minutes to the youngs players since the start of the season and I done that. I try to form with the NT good players for the future with your trainnings and as long as they conitnue training they will see action in the national team.

I know now better the players so this season next we have to qualifie to the world cup and all my effors will be in the succes of this goal. Any other result diffrent than that it will be a failure. I think is time now for Latvia to be in the world cup and I will do my best to send you there.

This is my speech, feel free to post some comments or questions, as usual Im in the forum.
