Hi,
My name is Dani, i'm 27years old and I would like to apply to be Latvija' NT coach.
I'm playing sokker since December 2005 and in that time I got a lot of trophies in each division I played…starting from div V and step by step i came in First Division of Romania.(2 times vice champion and once bronze medal)
Last season i decided to sell my good and old players and to buy only 18 years old players and to train them and in one day to return in first League and to win Champions Cup.
If you, will trust in me and will put me in charge for your NT, I promise that I will do my best , giving you great results and also helping to update database and to create a good generation of players.
I will care about your opinions and advises..and of course if u'll ask me to not force a player in a game to avoid injury before an important game I will take in consideration.
I pay a lot of attention to tactics, studying opponents and thinking which tactic should I choose to block the opponents and also to create oportunities to score for my team. I preffer tactics like 5 4 1 and 5 3 2 but I can play also depends by opponent with 4 def.I studied all types of defense (low,high) with def coming fast or different way to block and I can use my research in the matches of Latvija(don’t need to make experiments coz I already know how each tactic acts ) In my tactic editor I have more than 40 tactics so I can say I’m tactic addicted.
I can assure you that I will be 100 % connected with my NT activity because as I said, now, my team has average age 18,1 ..so I won’t be busy with league matches and any other kind of stress or activity.

there are pretty low activity in forums .. especially those connected with National team., if u will be elected what you will do to involve our Latvian community to take more active part in forum?

Well...i have some ideas.
First, before each game i will create a thread to speak about the game and of course not telling tactical decision but just opinions, support and why not a friendly chat.
I will try to add also a score contest with our game and maybe 2-3 more other intersting games and at the end of it the winner will get a prize..something like in a friendly game with a weak country I will play with one of his player..chosen by the user...if isn't atractive enough the prize at the end of contest will be a plus for 2 months...or..to prepare a game for NT.
Probably u wonder how i offer plus and i don.t have even for myself....well..i had all the time but now after selling my good players it's useless..for training i can use SO or sokker viewer.Plus i used only to spy my opponents and thinking how to make the tactic to win agains them.

I will try to create a mix with threads about NT but also to include a fun way and attractive..not in a boring way.

There are at least 2 more strong opponents with great experience. I think this is the main problem in your case. Do you have any experience in NT levels like scouting or any kind of assistance? Don't get me wrong. You have good english skills, a lot of free time and ambitions :) Your chances could be higher if you'd try to candidate in a country where are no strong candidates applied at the moment.

well..I respect your oppinion but in my oppinion the strenght of an user is given by sokker experience not scouting experience.
I'm playing since 2005 sokker and i reached several times medals in maybe one of the strongest leagues in sokker...Romanian First League.As u know...we are by numbers of users on second place after Poland and on NT ranked 1st place.(that has relevance only with romanian league power..not with me)
About me..i fiished second in back of Aaalin and Florent..first won Champions Cup and second just lost CC final last season.

Having those opponents and fighting with them from equal should be a good imppresion for my CV.

I respect also the opponents here on the elections but you cannot compare an user that reached only C league as maximum and another one B league on a small country.

I played all the time with good players and with average mark of 74 so i know how reacts those players...as i Will have probably here if I will be elected.

From that points of view i consider myself the most experienced user from the list and with scouting i have a lot of friends that said will help me anytime and of course you guys my plan is to be a team.

I respect your decision if u'll decide to not chose me and anyway i liked this experience(in another threads of other countries the activity is low about NT or the users don;'t even bother to ask something..or if they do..ask in their language.

I hope you all will change your oppinion about me.

Your team history looks promising - 5 seasons in the highest division and last season reached semifinals in the National Cup.
You have to admit that in NT levels there are much more choices of how to play in a particular match. NT coach is not forced to lineup restrictions due to a team training. So your opponent does. Have you ever tried ultra radical tactics in order to surprise an opponent? Do you consider something like 7-2-1 could work in NT match when facing stronger opponent?
You are talking about election threads in other countries. Did you applied somewhere else this season?

I could still remain there in the highest division but i wanted to make a team better than second place..now i have 75 mln euro but my goal is to reach 125 and then to win everything is possible in sokker for long time.

You have to admit that in NT levels there are much more choices of how to play in a particular match.
Indeed..u have more players and it's not a drama if u have 2 injured players..but also when i had my valuable players i had 16 players multi -skilled ..for example my mids had all of them min ET[16] def so in case of suspension of a def it was possible to change them..and also for def i had def with tech/passing and pm that could play as defensive mid.

No...all the time i played to win a game...chosing a line-up like 7 2 1 probably helps to reduce the number of goals of your opponent but 1 % chances to win.
If the opponent it's stronger i play with 5 def...they are enough with 2 def mids in front to fill all the empty places on the field.

yes..in lietuva..but an user there wrote in their language to not vote with the 'gipsies' (me and a bulgarian user)and i decided to guit after 2 days(i had some votes) but i found this to much..after that the user said sorry and bla bla

I think i lost because of the 'lack' of NT experience but it's something similar when you finish the university and want to get a job and nobody hires u coz u don't have experience...but how to get exp if nobody hires u.

In that case u chosed someone who already work in the domain but with average quality instead of someone who just graduated the university with high grades.

I'm surprised becoz NT exp means to log in in the database..rest is similar with club...u need good tactics and how to chose players.

He never had this kind of players in his team..i had..but it's ur choice.

Im sorry, the elections are over and im feel free to write here when something you write before and even now is wrong

The best argument you say you have is the experience because you played sokker since december 20 2005 and play in rumania with nearly 3.000 users is hard. But you didnt even check my experience, I play sokker since december 16 2005 thats 4 days more than you, Im not playing in a country of 3.000 users my country has 200 and of course I won everything in my country when we reach the top of the users: 500.

so I suggest you, next time dont be so rude and check your opponents experiences and skills after say that your better for a single reason
