Ir pienācis vēlēšanu laiks! Ir iespējams kandidēt kā NT vai U21 izlases trenerim jebkurā valstī, kā arī savā valstī balsot par NT vai U21 kandidātu.

Lai piekļūtu vēlēšanu lapai, ir nepieciešams izvēlēties atbilstošās valsts sākumlapu un uzklikšķināt uz NT vai U21, bet pēc tam 'Vēlēšanas' (Elections).

Ja piedalies vēlēšanās, tikko tās ir sākušās, ir ieteicams atvērt vienu topiku atbilstošās valsts forumā. Lūdzu, sava topika sākumā norādi [NT] vai [U21], piemēram, [NT] Meistars vai [U21] TheBest.

Ir jāatceras, ka ievēlētais izlases treneris nevarēs atteikties no sava amata. Kad tu kandidē uz izlases trenera amatu, atceries, ka tā ir ne tikai izklaide, bet arī tavs pienākums nokalpot pilnu termiņu, kurā komūna tevi ir ievēlējusi.

Lietotāju skaits 66, nezinu pa kuru laiku nokrities, bet pēdējo reizi kad skatījos, bija ap 100. Nu jau paliek katastrofāli un neredzu kā situācija varētu uzlaboties. No vienas puses - vieglāk iegūt trofejas, bet no otras puses - par to nebūs gandarījuma :(

I have also questions for u

what are your expectations for this season of NT? and also for the future.
Curently Latvija is ranked 39.

Well, the main aspects when you look at the rankings are
- age of the country in sokker (number of seasons)
- number of users

If we talk about the first aspect, I can tell that our country is not that young anymore (18th season compared to 24th season of Romania). Some of the older NT members are already retired and replaced by new prospects. I can't tell anything good about the number of users though. There were times we had 4 divisions and more than 150 users, correct me if I'm wrong. At the moment the situation is dark. Oh, not so dark anymore. Yesterday we had 66 users, today there are 67 already :) We are very limited in terms of young players. Our NT doesn't have equal replacements in case of injury or red card. And you must remember that running such of NT is a very hard job.
Looking at rankings, I can see that there are 2 NTs with lower number of users above us:
Scotland 16.place - users 54
Australia 30.place - users 62
The number of users are very close to Latvia. Scotland got their rankings because of a brilliant manager. I don't expect to find Scotland in top20 after the World Cup. But I would love to see the similar style of leading our NT - finding equal opponents for friendlies or trying to agree on some conditions when facing stronger opponents (like playing U25 or a mix of B-team players). Our goal is to reach TOP32 in order to be seeded as the 2nd team in qualifiers. I don't say it is possible to make it in one season. But the reality is - as long as we will be seeded as the 3rd team, most likely we will finish as the 3rd in qualifiers.

being ranked as 3rd team is not making impossible to qualify...indeed is harder but i'm confident anyway.With a bit of luck you/we (i hope) can have a good draw.
U pointed well the conditions for a rank increase with that kind of friendlies.

About the increase of users..do u have any promoter? we have some guys that are spaming each game they can find...web sites and so on and making publicity for sokker .

It's very important to convince the users to open the youth school and in that way to have in the future more chances for great players.If they are nice it doesen't matter if the users don't have good trainers..there are a lot of reach users that can train them and to keep an eye on them with their grow.

We don't have a promoter. There were some actions to spam oHTer games but always ended the same - 10 users joined and after 2 weeks they left.

when a new user receive the team..he gets also a sk -mail with hints and advises for the begining?

Wales has 21 users and just 10 are active, 66 users is a good number to work, not all 66 users are active but difference is huge that they could made.

honestly I dont believe much in promoters because for a new user sokker could be a headache and even so if nobody explains him how to start this game. In my country we had a user that welcomes every new user by skmail and in that time that was usefull because the user involves in the forums. We had 500 users one time and opened the 5th division, the problem was some users liked so much sokker that started to open several teams in order to win NT elections so this acts was borring for manny of the users and ends in a huge down, now we have 200 users and more or less 30% active, 10% cares the NT.

Meanwhile the "classic" users keeps the youth school open and train the locals the country will still growth with an experience coach. If can´t bring more new users then the goal is to re-active the registered users

We have 6-10 users participating in forums. Maybe there are users who only read forums.

Neaizmirstam nobalsot par NT un U21 kandidātu, vēlēšanas beidzas 3.jūnija vakarā, tā ka jaunnedēļ vairs nederēs!

Don't forget to vote for both seniors and U21 coaches. Elections will end on the 3rd of Juny.

Mjaaa, ja par u21 izvēli man viss ir skaidrs , tad par lielās izlases vadītāju grūti izlemt. Abi kandidāti liekas ļoti sakarīgi un līdzvērtīgi sāncenši.

There are a few of users who implicated to the National Team, because of lot of reasons, like:
1) you speack in english here (it is not OK because there are a few users who lnos this languege);
2) new users dosen't know first steps (old users for your country must help new users);
3) few Latvija sokker users.

I think the old users can and must implicate more...

we speak english here, so all other users from different countries, during this election period, could understand everything. not just use some silly google translator... it's not a problem for us to speak Latvian here, it's problem to you to understand that google translator *****...
