Hello :)
I've read your topic in sokker international -> [NT] looking for coach and I would like to take a chance to be the coach of Latvija. So, here I am.
I am ringhiostarr, italian manager of Scarpones FC team. I play sokker since Januaray 2007. In my team I like to train young players, even if my team is not competitive. The reason why I prefer to play for win with the national team is that there is more tactic freedom and not training constrains. In the past I've got several seasons of experience with Italy U21, Malaysia U21, Malaysia NT and Nederlands NT for a total of 15 seasons. About the results, when I've been with Italy U21 maybe I had not too much experience but I got my satisfactions with Malaysia U21 and NT, where I bring them for the first time to the world cup and with Nederlands a 2nd place in the U27 european, that remain my best results.
After 13 seasons of pause I want to bring back to the NT stage. I choose Latvija because the actual coach väinämöinen decides to end his experience when there is a whole seasons of friendlies. This is a good situation to start again and let you decide if I could be a good manager for the world cup, in case that I will be elected in the upcoming seasons.
About my play style, I pay particular attention to the midfielder disposition and I try to manage the gameplay of the match, I like that in every situation there is an offensive solution, I don't like to force to break through in central ways. In the defensive situation, I usually use pressing and offside. I don't like extreme tactics that are far away from reality and (ab)use the defects of the sokker match engine (or instance, 6 defenders, elastic defense of 30 meters, 3 strikers focused in a spot etc...).
I am available to satisfy the request of the community and answer to your questions, if you have.

Why the hell we need some kind of italian coach?
Where is patriotism latvians? And giving a chance to also experiences manager (me). I spend like 4yrs in this game in total.. rigged

Kad vēlēšanas beigušās, tad tu pamosties! Un kur bija tava runa, ka tu vēlies kandidēt par NT treneri?! Itāļu džeks pieteicās ar ļoti solīdu pieredzi un sakarīgu peiteikuma runu, kur rakstīja par motivāciju strādāt ar Latvijas komandu. No tevis neko tādu nesagaidīju. Nemaz nezināju, ka tik ļoti alksti vadīt izlasi - iedomājos, varbūt vakara skurbulī tā starp citu for fun pieteici savu kandidatūru, jo neviens cits nebija pieteicies..... Būtu vismaz pāris teikumus uzrakstītjis, ka gribi iegūt pieredzi un strādāt ar izlasi, būtu nobalsojis, atbalstīdams savējo.
First of all, I want to thank you, dear latvian friends for your support, all these seasons! Even if we have the goalkeepers problem, I'll do my best and try again to qualify our juniors for the World Cup!

Thank you for your trust in me. I will try to give you back the thought that you've got a good choice. I feel it a honor. FIrst of all, I can see that Latvija is at the 31th place, on the edge of the first 32. I think that it is a great result and I can understand the reason why väinämöinen has managed this NT for a long time. I consider to stay in the top 32 a very challenging goal.
I've scheduled a lot of frendlies with a mix of opponents strong and at our level or a little bit less, where it could be a good chance to gain golden points in the world rank. After all, we will participate to the mini world cup, so it won't be a season of only friendlies! This is the actual scheduling

I would like to reply to my opponent monchen. I hope that you won't lose the NT interesting because it could be a good thing for the Latvian community. You are subscribed to this fantastic game in January. A lot of years ago I've made the same mistake with Italy U21, with a low experience I made 0 points at the 2nd stage of the world cup. 4 seasons later I've made at the same points of the world cup 3 points with Malaysia U21. But without a constructive criticism it will be the last reply to this argument..
I hope to have soon access to the NTDB in order to update the ex U21 players and meet the national team.

Kā noobs te uzvedies tikai tu. Juriuss pareizi pateica - ar "candidate" podziņas nospiešanu vien nepietiek. Varēji vismaz uzrakstīt, ka neesi gluži iesācējs kā norādīts tavā profilā (2018 gads). Vai vismaz pierakstīt, ka tas tiešām nav joks, un ka tu pēc uzvaras vēlēšanās neuzmetīsi izlasi. Vai uzrakstīt divus vārdus, kurus tu tik ļoti uzsver - Latvijas patriots. Bet tagad tu brīnies, ka nevinnēji vēlēšanās.... pff

Latvijas Sokker komūna jau tā ir ļoti maza, lai vēl te kasītos savā starpā... Bet ja domā vienkārši kandidēt un nevienu vārdu nepateikt... Un pēc tam vēl arī apvainoties, ka netiki ievēlēts... Veiksmi turpmāk, mēģini nākošajā sezonā vēlreiz! Vismaz zināsim, ka Tev tas ir būtiski.

Runu arī varu uzrakstīt, bet ko tas maina, ja kaut kāds makaronu ēdājs var uzskaitīt kaut kādus izdomātus faktus, jo viņa kluba vecums to atļauj.
