I want to thank you again, dear friends from the Latvian Sokker Community, for your support! Together we promoted, in these seasons, several players for the Seniors NT and we make continuity for the youngsters.
The time is ticking away and here we go with the 6th season at the Latvia U21 NT. In this season we will play friendly matches with the National Teams that are close to our ranking place and we need to promote the youngsters focusing on U20/U19 players generations, to prepair the next World Cup Qualifying Stage. The U21 players will play, as usually, in the difficult friendly matches (it will be a balance between U21 and U19/U20 players in order to take the training bonus, as much as possible for all).

Azerbaidjan U21 2-3 Latvia U21
A very good game for us, especially in the first half with 4 (cross)bars hit by the ball, that meaning a bigger score. Our players closed the season with a victory against Azerbaidjan U 21, the NT ranked on the 31st place, making a good communication in the midfielders area and more efficiency on the strikers. As I said, I will focus on the U18/U19, as much as possible, even if we play strong matches, because they need extratraining bonus and this is an efficient management for the next generations players.
Very soon I'll publish here, on this forum, the list with the friendly matches from this season!

Yes, I've seen 2 defenders, Bruno Čuņčiņš and Gunārs Bogdanovs, 2 very interesting midfielders, Rimants Buldurjānis and Boriss Anmanis and a striker, Dagnis Godis.
What about Namejs Daļeckis? I hope that his trainer will grow him as a winger, there are no young perspectives about the winger.

After 3 unlucky WC Qualifying stages, the 4th has come with a great result for us: The Qualifying to the WC Group Stage!!
Even for a small community, we made together big things:

2) good results and good NT ranking (around 40-50 places)
3) scouting and promoting all juniors with skills close to the U21 requirements
4) great cooperation with the NT Seniors coaches
I hope these results will increase the motivation of users that are training youngsters and I hope that Latvia will have more users to play sokker and open youth schools for U21 continuity!!

My name is Francesco and I live in Milan, Italy.
I have been on sokker for many years and my main fun was to help the Cuban community to evolve, together with the Amici di Cuba federation, we immediately trained young Cubans and promoted competitions reserved for the Cuban sokker community. I coached the U21 selection for 4 cycles and I was the first coach to qualify a national team from that country to the world Cup.
I have experience in managing the database thanks to this experience, and I have experience in working together and involving the community.
I would like to train a senior selection to find the mechanisms related to tactical discipline to the experience and high skills of the players.I have nothing else to add, except the promise of maximum commitment in the event of my election.
